Education administrative departments and schools should provide conditions to ensure the normal work of vaccination. Article 8 After completing BCG vaccination, medical prevention and health care units shall fill in the BCG vaccination certificate and children's planned immunization manual, and fill in the vaccination registration form for statistical reporting. When there are differences and abnormal reactions in BCG vaccination, measures should be taken to rescue and treat them, and truthfully report them step by step. Chapter III Patient Discovery and Epidemic Report Article 9 Tuberculosis prevention and control institutions at all levels shall make an epidemiological investigation on the epidemic situation of tuberculosis in this area in a planned way. For areas and units with high incidence or outbreak of tuberculosis, collective inspection should be organized to find out the source of infection. Tenth medical prevention and health care units at all levels should promptly transfer patients with respiratory symptoms and other suspected tuberculosis to tuberculosis prevention and treatment institutions at all levels for diagnosis. Emergency patients with pulmonary tuberculosis should be rescued on the spot and transferred to the hospital after their condition is stable. Eleventh medical prevention and health care units at all levels should report to the local tuberculosis prevention and control institutions within 12 hours in cities and towns and 24 hours in rural areas after discovering that active pulmonary tuberculosis patients and other pulmonary tuberculosis patients are positive in sputum examination or X-ray examination. A death report card should be filled in for cases that have died or are suspected to have died due to tuberculosis, and a report should be made to the local tuberculosis prevention and control institution within 10 days. Chapter IV Treatment Article 12 Tuberculosis patients are treated by tuberculosis prevention and control institutions at all levels and tuberculosis specialized hospitals, and those who need hospitalization shall be borne by the tuberculosis prevention and control institutions designated by the municipal public health administrative department. Thirteenth patients with severe tuberculosis, tuberculous pleurisy, tuberculosis complications or complications should be hospitalized, and other tuberculosis patients should be treated by local tuberculosis prevention and control institutions. Article 14 The treatment expenses of pulmonary tuberculosis patients shall be reimbursed according to relevant regulations, and the treatment expenses of infectious pulmonary tuberculosis patients without economic resources shall be reduced or exempted by special government funds. Chapter V Control of Infectious Diseases Article 15 The tuberculosis prevention and control institution shall, in addition to notifying the local health supervision and management institution in accordance with regulations, notify the unit where the patient belongs to arrange other appropriate work for the following personnel:
(1) Employees engaged in food, catering, medicine and cosmetics;
(2) Employees of educational and nursery units;
(three) the "Regulations" of public health management and other employees prescribed by the administrative department of health of the State Council.
If the above-mentioned personnel have been cured and need to return to their original posts, they must hold the diagnosis certificate of returning to work issued by the tuberculosis prevention and control institution. Sixteenth tuberculosis prevention and control institutions should organize the following personnel to carry out preventive tuberculosis physical examination:

(3) Factory and mine workers exposed to dust and harmful gases;
(4) Family members and close contacts of patients with infectious tuberculosis;
(five) other personnel as prescribed by the administrative department of health of the State Council. Seventeenth tuberculosis prevention and control institutions, other medical prevention and health care units and tuberculosis patients shall, in accordance with the requirements of health and epidemic prevention, disinfect the water contaminated by mycobacterium tuberculosis, sputum and excreta of tuberculosis patients. Chapter VI Punishment Article 18 Whoever violates these measures shall be criticized, educated, warned and ordered to make corrections within a time limit by the administrative department of health; The person in charge and the person directly responsible shall be given administrative sanctions by the unit to which they belong or the competent department at a higher level according to the circumstances; A fine may be imposed on the following acts:
(a) in violation of the provisions of article twelfth of these measures, the responsible person shall be fined 1000 yuan, and the unit shall be fined 1000 yuan;
(two) allowing or conniving at the work prohibited by the provisions of article fifteenth of these measures, in violation of the provisions of article seventeenth of these measures, a fine of 5000 yuan or more and 65438 yuan or less; If the circumstances are serious, a fine of not less than 5,000 yuan but not more than 20,000 yuan shall be imposed.
