I. Recruitment procedures
In strict accordance with the principles of openness, fairness, competition and merit-based, the recruitment work is carried out by combining examination with political examination and investigation, and the "three publicity" of open application conditions, open examination procedures and open examination results is implemented.
Recruitment work is carried out according to the procedures of making recruitment plan, issuing recruitment announcement, on-site registration and qualification examination, physical fitness test, written test, interview, physical examination, psychological test, publicity and employment.
Second, jobs and responsibilities
(1) duty post
Rescue and other duty tasks, the implementation of 24-hour on-the-job paramilitary management, with physical fitness and good psychological quality to adapt to all-weather duty training, hard-working, down-to-earth work, with good professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
(2) Non-working post
Responsible for assisting the brigade to do a good job in party building and political work, wartime logistics support, accounting audit, publicity and training, social guidance, file management, secretarial information, business acceptance, and assisting in supervision and management. , with good psychological quality, hard-working, practical, good professional ethics and team spirit.
III. Conditions and scope of recruitment
(1) basic conditions
1, with China nationality;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;
3. Volunteer to engage in fire rescue related work;
4, have good conduct, retired soldiers and retired personnel of the national comprehensive fire rescue team during their service and work, no serious violations of discipline, no local criminal records, duty posts can adapt to paramilitary management, with a sense of discipline to obey the command, obey the management, and order the ban.
(2) Post conditions
1. Job responsibilities: male, with high school education or above, age 18 years old (born on or before February 28th, 2005), under 26 years old (born on or after February 28th, 1997), height 160cm or above, and physical condition conforms to the applicants.
Meet the same conditions, one of the following circumstances, priority:
(1) Graduates with full-time college education or above, retired soldiers from the People's Liberation Army and Armed Police Force, quitters from the national comprehensive fire rescue team, and qualified personnel with more than 1 year fire rescue work experience are preferred.
(2) For the urgently needed special professionals, such as vehicle driving (with A 1, A2 or B2 driver's license), maintenance and use of special fire-fighting equipment, diving, command and management, etc., those with professional skills and practical experience in fire fighting and rescue can be appropriately relaxed and given priority.
(3) Those with professional skills in sports (football, basketball, badminton and table tennis) and literature and art are preferred.
2. Non-functional posts:
Sex is not limited, college degree or above, age 18 or above (born on or before February 28th, 2005), under 35 years old (born on or before February 28th, 988), male height 160cm or above, female height 155cm or above, and physical condition.
Meet the same conditions, one of the following circumstances, priority:
(1) Full-time graduates with bachelor degree or above, accounting or auditing graduates with bachelor degree or above are preferred.
(2) Having the title of second-class constructor (cost engineer) or intermediate engineer (auditor) or above, and having more than one year working experience in accounting and project cost is preferred.
(3) Strong writing skills, a certain photography foundation, editing and making videos, and publicity experience are preferred.
(3) Non-entrance restrictions:
1, I or my family members or close relatives join illegal organizations, cult organizations or engage in other activities endangering national security;
2, my family members or close relatives have been sentenced to punishment, is serving a sentence or is under investigation;
3, received criminal punishment or suspected of illegal crime has not been identified;
4. Fabricating and disseminating theories, lines, principles and policies that are detrimental to the reputation of the state and the opposition party, in violation of state laws and regulations;
5. Being punished for taking drugs, whoring or gambling;
6. Administrative detention, judicial custody;
7. Having been expelled from public office, discharged from the army or expelled, removed or dismissed for violating discipline and law;
8. Those with serious personal bad credit records and other personnel who are not suitable for working as full-time government firefighters.
Fourth, the recruitment process
(1) On-site registration and qualification examination
1, time: February, 20231September-March 10 (9: 00 am-12: 00 pm14: 30-17: 00 pm every day) Late registration will not be accepted.
2. Location: For details, please refer to the registration address of each county (city, district) in Annex 1 List of Positions and Requirements of Government Full-time Firefighters.
3. Qualification examination content: The applicant shall submit the following application materials to the site as required within the specified time, and shall be legally responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the submitted materials.
(1) government full-time fireman registration form (see annex 2)1;
(2) Two recent bareheaded blue background 1 inch color photos;
(3) ID card (submit a copy and check the original);
(4) Academic certificate, degree certificate, online verification report of student status, and electronic registration filing form (submit a copy and check the original);
(5) personal credit report;
(6) Candidates who are retired soldiers of the People's Liberation Army and the Armed Police Force, who have normally retired from the fire rescue team, and have more than 1 year fire rescue work experience are required to provide relevant materials (submit a copy and check the original);
4. Qualification examination method: After submitting the application materials, the staff will conduct on-site examination. Those whose application materials are incomplete or do not meet the recruitment conditions will not be passed, and those who provide false application materials will be disqualified.
Each applicant can only apply for one position.
(2) Physical fitness test
1. Physical fitness test items for duty posts: 1000m running, standing long jump, push-ups, 100m running; Reference subjects of post adaptability test: climbing the sixth floor with load and dragging; According to the National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team Firefighters Employment Physical Fitness Test and Post Adaptability Test Items and Standards (see Annex 3), any unqualified item (no score is deemed as unqualified) will be determined as unqualified, and those who fail will not be allowed to enter the next stage of assessment.
According to the ratio of grades from high to low to the number of recruits 1:3, the personnel will enter the next stage.
2. Non-post physical fitness test items are: middle and long distance running (boys 8 minutes and 30 seconds 1500m, girls 6 minutes and 800m), standing long jump (boys 1.7m, girls 1.6m) and push-ups (boys 1.20min).
Except for the standing long jump, each person can test twice and take the best result as his final score, other events are limited to 1 time.
If any item fails, the physical fitness test will be deemed as unqualified, and those who fail shall not enter the next stage of assessment.
The specific assessment time and address will be notified separately.
Participants should sign a safety commitment letter for physical fitness and post adaptability test before testing physical fitness events (see Annex 4).
(3) written examination
1. There is no written test for duty posts.
2. Those who pass the physical fitness test of non-post positions will enter the written test, which will be conducted in a closed-book way, focusing on "basic knowledge of public affairs", "common knowledge of fire control work" and "current affairs and politics". The written test does not specify reference books and does not entrust any training institutions for training.

(4) Interview
1. The duty post mainly examines the queue quality, language expression, comprehensive analysis, improvisation and self-control of the recruited object.
2. Non-post positions mainly examine the language expression, professional knowledge, comprehensive analysis, improvisation and self-control of the candidates.
3. The interview is conducted in a structured way. The total score of the interview is 100, and those who fail to reach the score line are unqualified.
4. The interview time and address will be notified separately.
(5) Total score calculation
1. Total score of post responsibility = 60% of physical fitness test score+40% of interview score.
2. The total score of non-post positions = 60% of the written test score+40% of the interview score.
3. The total score is calculated according to the percentage system. The total scores of all candidates, physical fitness test scores and interview scores of on-the-job candidates, written test scores and interview scores of off-the-job candidates are rounded to two decimal places, and the total scores are sorted from high to low.
(6) Physical examination
According to the number of recruitment plans, the physical examination objects are determined according to the total scores from high to low.
The duty post category shall be implemented according to the standard of land service personnel in the Physical Examination Standard for Applicants (see Annex 5), and diseases that affect fire rescue work such as lumbar disc herniation, meniscus injury, ligament injury and ankylosing spondylitis shall be included in the physical examination scope.
For non-post positions, refer to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civilian Personnel Employed by the Army (Trial) (see Annex 6).
The specific physical examination time and address will be notified separately.
Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. In any stage of the recruitment process, if the qualifications of candidates are found not to meet the requirements of the recruitment announcement, their qualifications will be cancelled at any time (go to the next stage).
(7) Psychological test
According to the psychological test method of firefighter recruitment, the test results were announced on the spot. Each candidate only passed 1 time, and those who failed were eliminated.
(8) Political censorship
The political review work is mainly carried out through field visits and letters, focusing on understanding the candidates' ideological and political, study and life, bad behavior habits, criminal records (or criminal suspects have not been ascertained) and whether their immediate family members (or collateral blood relatives who have great influence on themselves) are engaged in activities that endanger national and social security.

(1) Publicity
According to the total scores of candidates, the candidates to be hired are selected.
The list of persons to be hired will be publicized to the public for 3 working days on the official account of "Zunyi Fire Protection" WeChat.
If there are no problems reflected or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled in accordance with the prescribed procedures; If the problem is serious and verified, it will not be hired; If there is a serious problem in the report, but it is difficult to verify it at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and the decision whether to hire will be made after verification and conclusion.
(2) induction training
Newly hired personnel shall participate in the on-the-job training organized by the county (city, district) fire rescue teams and stations. The intensive training lasts for 30 days, and the assessment will be conducted after the training.
(3) Employment
Those who pass the induction training exam formally sign the employment contract.
(4) Others
In all aspects of recruitment, if candidates voluntarily give up, they will be replenished according to their grades from high to low.
For those who fail to report after employment, leave during induction training, and fail to pass the examination after probation, the number of vacancies can be replenished in turn according to the total score among those who intend to repeat the study.
