The difference between the two heating cars lies in the location of the refrigerator and the direction of air circulation in the car.
According to the structure, the mechanical insulation vehicle is divided into single mechanical insulation vehicle and mechanical insulation vehicle group (including mechanical cold truck and mechanical cold generator vehicle).
According to the mode of power supply and refrigeration, mechanical insulation vehicles can be divided into three categories:
1, centralized power supply, centralized refrigeration unit-the whole train adopts centralized power supply by generator, centralized refrigeration by refrigeration unit, with ammonia water as refrigerant and brine as refrigerant.
2, centralized power supply, independent cooling of the car group-centralized power supply by the generator car, each machine-cooled truck is equipped with refrigeration equipment for independent refrigeration, using Freon as refrigerant, forced air circulation.
3. Single-section mechanical insulation vehicle-each vehicle is equipped with power generation and refrigeration equipment, which can generate electricity and refrigeration independently or use centralized power supply. The main types of insulated cars in China Railway are: refrigerator insulated cars B 1 1, B 14, B 16, B 17 and mechanical insulated cars B 18, B 19.
