The food provided by the custodian institution must have a food safety license and a health certificate for employees.
According to Article 29 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Food Safety Law, those who engage in food production, food circulation and catering services shall obtain food production license, food circulation license and catering service license according to law. In addition, employees of catering units must hold a health examination certificate (stamped with the official seal of the medical examination institution) and a health knowledge training certificate for employees (stamped with the official seal of the training institution).
