Third, the identification conditions

1. To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, you should have a pre-school education major or above in kindergarten normal school or secondary normal school;

4. To apply for the qualification certification of internship guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools, you should have a college degree or above, and have a professional technical position of equivalent assistant engineer or above or a technical level of intermediate workers or above.

(B) Putonghua conditions

To apply for the qualification of primary school Chinese, teaching Chinese as a foreign language and ordinary teachers, the level of Putonghua should reach Grade Two or above. To apply for the qualification of voice teacher, the level of Putonghua should reach Grade I and Grade B or above. To apply for the qualification of teachers in other disciplines, the level of Putonghua should reach Grade 2 or above.

(3) Examination conditions

To apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers, you must hold the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers, and it is within the validity period. 202 1 Postgraduates of education and normal students at public expense can apply for exemption from the examination, and the corresponding teacher qualification certificate can be determined by the "Teacher Professional Ability Certificate of Normal Students". According to the Implementation Plan of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (No Ning Teacher [20 15] 169), full-time normal students and full-time masters of education in ordinary colleges and universities who have obtained graduation certificates for 20 15 years or before can apply for direct recognition of the corresponding teacher qualifications, and those who do not participate in the national qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers need to provide transcripts and internship appraisal forms. Full-time normal students enrolled in or after 20 16 years must obtain the qualification certificate of primary and secondary school teachers before they can apply for teacher qualification recognition.

To apply for the qualification of college teachers, you must participate in the pre-service training of college teachers in Ningxia and obtain a certificate of qualification. Graduates from part-time normal schools (except those with associate professors, professors or doctoral degrees) must also take part in the basic quality and ability test of teachers' qualification education in Ningxia ordinary colleges and universities and obtain qualified certificates.

(4) Conditions for applying for teaching.

To apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers to teach subjects, it should be consistent with the teaching subjects marked in the qualification examination certificate of primary and secondary school teachers held by the applicant or the professional ability certificate of teachers in normal schools. Applicants who meet the direct identification should be consistent with their normal majors.

(5) Physical condition

Have good physical and psychological quality, no infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, can meet the needs of education and teaching, and pass the physical examination in the physical examination hospital designated by the accreditation body.

3. Submission of materials

3. Physical examination requirements

(1) Physical examination items shall be implemented according to the standards of teacher qualification examination (the conclusion of physical examination for teacher qualification is only valid for this qualification);

(2) Receive the Physical Examination Form of the Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in the designated physical examination hospital. The medical examination form shall truthfully fill in the items of past medical history, and the applicant shall bear the corresponding responsibilities if there is any concealment; If the applicant has a physical examination in a non-designated hospital of the accreditation institution, the results of the physical examination cannot be used as the basis for the qualification of teachers. All consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the applicant.

(3) Post the same photo "Teacher Qualification Physical Examination Form" uploaded during online application, fill in personal basic information, and attend the physical examination on an empty stomach every morning.

The applicant's physical examination conclusion shall be based on the feedback form and summary of Helan County People's Hospital. The personal physical examination form shall be submitted to the applicant for personal preservation after on-site confirmation. Applicants must go to Helan County People's Hospital for physical examination within the specified time. If the applicant does not have a physical examination in the hospital, the conclusion will not be recognized. If the on-site confirmation cannot be completed within the specified time, the applicant shall bear the consequences.

(four) no criminal record and ideological and moral verification.

(5) Qualification examination
