This card is only used for transportation and does not have the function of e-wallet.

Range of free travel card (love card) for severely disabled persons: it is applicable to persons with severe vision, hearing, speech, physical, intellectual, mental disability and multiple disabilities who hold the People's Republic of China (PRC) Disabled Persons' Card and the People's Republic of China (PRC) Disabled Persons' Card:

(1) With my ID card, disability certificate and a copy of disability certificate with ID number, two recent two-inch color photos bareheaded.

(2) For severely disabled people with permanent residence in this city, the maintenance fee is exempted for the first time, and for severely disabled people who are not registered in this city, the maintenance fee is exempted from 20 yuan.
