Color of stool: yellow or tan is healthy stool. Usually, people who are vegetarian have a slightly lighter stool color, while people who eat more meat tend to have a brown stool color.

Optimum shape: The normal shape of stool should be banana-shaped. The water content of stool is 70 ~ 80%. The water content is less than 70%, which is round or hard and easy to constipation; If the water content is too high, exceeding 80%, it will become semi-paste or muddy, which is used for diarrhea.

Stool odor: Abnormal stool odor is often the obvious basis for the deterioration of intestinal environment. High-protein food will make the stool stink; If there is indigestion in the intestine, the taste is pungent and sour.

Defecation time: 5 ~ 10 minutes.

Removal of stool

1. Drink iced milk on an empty stomach.

The principle of relaxing bowels by drinking iced milk on an empty stomach is because cold stimulation will accelerate intestinal movement; At the same time, milk contains a lot of lactose, and more than 50% people in China lack lactase needed for milk absorption. So after drinking milk, lactose enters the colon undigested and is quickly excreted.

2. Eat black fungus to assist massage

Auricularia auricula is a very good intestine-clearing food. Air-dried Auricularia auricula expands when it meets water, which will bring more water to the intestine. However, for people with difficulty in defecation, it is difficult to solve the problem of defecation only by eating black fungus, unless you add auxiliary exercise, such as abdominal massage. Adjust 200ml of electrolyte balanced salt solution to 3000ml with water, and then drink it every two or three minutes. When you drink 1000 ml, your abdomen will feel slightly swollen. When drinking 1400 ml, the feeling of fullness in the stomach is aggravated, accompanied by mild nausea; When drinking 1800 ml, intestinal peristalsis gradually became obvious; When drinking 2000 ml, there will be defecation under normal circumstances, so you can stop drinking water.

Next, there will be a bowel movement every 2 to 4 minutes. It will be watery at first, and it will be very heavy. Later, the stool will gradually turn into light yellow watery stool, with no obvious smell, abdominal distension will gradually ease, and the body will be unobstructed and hungry.

The whole intestinal cleaning process is completed within 1 hour. There is generally no defecation within 1 ~ 2 days after bowel cleaning, and defecation can return to normal on the third day. If similar bowel cleansing activities can be carried out once every six months, then you can say goodbye to the stool in your body.

By adopting the above method, the intestinal contents can be cleared and emptied, dehydration and abdominal pain will not be caused, and the intestinal cleaning effect is obvious and safe. However, if people with severe constipation want to do it overnight, I am afraid that the effect of clearing the intestines will be discounted.
