Is it okay to have an invoice payable with more or less characters?

It is not allowed. Taxpayers found to have used non-compliant invoices, especially invoices without the full name of the payer, shall not be allowed to use them for pre-tax deduction, tax deduction, export tax refund and financial reimbursement.

If the invoice header is written incorrectly or under-written, it shall not be altered or the text added again, and it is recommended to reissue it.

Reminds units and individuals that when issuing invoices, the full name of the payment unit must be truthfully filled in, and the full name of the payment unit shall not be replaced by abbreviations or other words or symbols.
