How to get a fire certificate for a commercial hall
You can apply to the fire department for the application.

Prepared materials:

1, "fire products business unit information form" (legal person signature and stamped with the official seal of the unit);

2, manufacturer (and agents or branches) business license (copy stamped);

3, manufacturer's legal representative signed and stamped with the official seal of the official sales authorization documents;

4, signed by the legal representative of the enterprise and stamped with the official seal of the power of attorney and a copy of the authorized person's identity card;

5, production qualification certificates, such as certificates of accreditation or type approval certificate and a copy of the test report stamped with the official seal of the manufacturer.

Note: the above copies need to bring the original for verification; for the office of the Product Inspection Division.

Some other entertainment venues:

(a) should fill out the cultural and entertainment venues fire safety approval form;

(b) Where the new premises to show the "Fire Acceptance of Construction Works";

(c) evacuation signs and fire accident lighting and other fire protection products should be presented to show that the product of fire safety certificate;
