Leshan night snacks where to eat? What are the delicious ones in Leshan, Sichuan - store recommendations?
Everyone knows that Chengdu has a lot of delicious food to taste, and they are all very famous, but in fact, Leshan also has a lot of delicious. These foods are also recommended for you to try, recommend a few good stores for you to try.

Breakfast

Haihuiyuan Old Steamed Dumplings

Address: No. 120, East Street, Shizhong District, Leshan City (near Leshan Harbor)

Leshan's most famous steamed dumpling store belongs to the Haihuiyuan, which has been open for more than ten years. Although many foreign tourists go there now, it is definitely a delicious and inexpensive classic Leshan breakfast.

Their steamed dumplings have a lot of meat, salty and two dots. Two dots is about five taels, and the last two dots are a full steamer.

Their steamed dumplings are the best of the steamed dumplings. The skin is thin and pinched with meat. Like a flower, the full meat looks super appetizing.

Pick up the steamed dumplings covered with sea peppers and take a bite, craving my mouth!

Remember to eat it with the shredded pork soup. Their steamed dumplings are good too.

Other steamed dumpling recommendations:

Angu Maixiangyuan Steamed Dumplings: The ratio of tourists to locals at Haihuiyuan is about 50/50. This Angu Maixiangyuan is basically a local eatery, and it's also very tasty, just a little out of the way in terms of location.

Nine tofu brain

Address: there are many branches, choose the nearest on the line.

The first time I ate tofu brain in Leshan completely subverted my imagination, and according to the different places of origin, Leshan tofu brain is divided into cow flower tofu brain and Emei tofu brain.

The Niu Hua likes beef, fat intestines, peanuts, etc.. And the Emei school likes crispy meat without vermicelli, and the crowd is deep.

This JiuJiu tofu brain store has opened many stores in Leshan. A random branch, the main store is on South Renmin Road.

The tofu brain up, most bowls are bone soup hook aniseed powder soup. There are clear soup and red flavor two flavors, there is a layer of tofu brain, crushed peanuts, celery leaves and so on. On top. Steamed fat intestines with flour are recommended.

Other tofu brain recommendations:

Dai Niang Niu Hua tofu brain: this time in Leshan new discovery store, although not as hot as in '99, but the locals highly recommended, delicious, large amount!

Lunch

Liu Erniang's Authentic MSG Vegetarian Noodles

Address: No. 327 Chafang Road, City Center District, Leshan City

Vegetarian noodles are not noodles with MSG added, which would have been the name to describe the deliciousness of such noodles.

As the name implies, the toppings of MSG veggie noodles usually have no meat. The sprouts are finely chopped and eaten for the flavor of the seasoning.

Not to mention the tough, coarse flour that is usually used. You have to mix all the seasonings before you eat them.

This Liu Erniang family is little known in Leshan. When I arrived at 1 p.m., the place was still packed and I had to wait a while for a seat.

Basically, a local meal is two noodles and a bowl of soup. The stir-fried minced pork was delicious that day. I also ordered an order of shredded pork and tofu for $18 a ****. It was simple, but very satisfying.

Fengniang Sticky Toe Beef

Address: No. 7 Jiaxiang Road (near the Peace Hotel) in the city's central district of Leshan City

Conservative estimates suggest that there are hundreds of stores specializing in Sticky Toe Beef in Leshan. If you want to eat authentic, you can take a taxi to Suji Town. If you're afraid of trouble, there are plenty of options downtown.

Feng Sanniang is famous for her foot beef, which is often referred to by locals as "the foot beef of the textbook institute.

The original owner was Su Jiren, who has now given the store to her daughter.

The secret to the good taste is that Feng Sanniang's ingredients are controlled from the source, slaughtered, and sold as beef, and the business is especially booming.

The beef is especially tender, and I don't know if it's cooked with herbs, but people who are afraid of spicy stars will eat it with an open stomach.

They also have a signature tofu brain roasted flowers, which are flavorful and spicy, and a godsend to eat!

Other toes beef recommendations:

Fangfang feet beef: the first time in Leshan ate Fangfang, also very good. It's delicious, fried with brown sugar cake, don't follow the recommended points on the menu to step on the mine.

Afternoon snacks

Lei Sinniang egg cakes

Address: No. 1, Yutang Street, Zhong District, Leshan City (diagonally across from McDonald's)

"Online celebrity store" is not a pejorative in Leshan, but rather a kind of recognition from the picky eaters who like it

Lei Niang's egg cakes outside The batter is rolled out in a small copper pot. The bites are tender and fluffy, and you can see the honeycomb holes when you tear them open.

Their signature "three cow egg biscuits" are filled with beef floss, shredded beef and minced beef. I ordered an ice cream, and other toppings include cream, jam, bean paste, chocolate, and Oreo too many to choose from.

Mei-Petrochemical Ice Powder

Address: No. 6-12 Jiaxiang Road, City Center District, Leshan City (across from Feng Sanniang's stilt-legged beef)

Sichuan Goods also opened a store in Hangzhou last year, but once I bought it, I thought it tasted much better in Leshan.

Their ice powder is the most popular in Leshan. Look closely at the fine pores in the ice powder, which is a sign of genuine hand-rolled ice powder.

It's not as delicate as the ones made by machines, but it has its own flavor.

Signature family portrait ice powder and mother-in-law ice powder each to a share, the addition is not at all stingy. A bowl full, the following ice powder can not be seen. The addition of wine lees is highly recommended.

Square tofu jerky

Address: near No. 35, Renmin South Road, Zhong District, Leshan City

A short walk to Renmin South Road will bring you to this square tofu jerky.

While I think the taste of dried beans in Leshan is pretty much the same, this private house is the most popular.

This store is really small, only as wide as two carts. It's very unobtrusive, squeezed in between two stores. There are two low tables and chairs at the front of the store.

Shredded radish soaked in sweet and sour sauce is added to the hollowed out tofu puffs and finished with a sprinkle of soy and granulated sugar. If it's spicy, pour a little oiled chili and serve four pieces on a skewer. It's a very classic street flavor.

Dou Hai Tang, next door to Four Square Tofu Dried, is also popular in Leshan, and is decorated much like the previously burned Taoyuan Village. I've heard that the chilled drunken bean flowers and mandarin duck tofu brain are very good, so I'll try them next time I'm there.

Nine phoenix claws

Address: No. 34 Gulou Street, City Center District, Leshan City

Before I came to Leshan was circled with a handful of sweet-skinned ducks (I got Wang Hao'er Ji Liuniang, which was not bad). This time I came for Jiu Mei Zhao Feng, which is also an old favorite.

They don't have room to eat at home, so it's good for packing away. Six different flavors of chicken claws are all $38 a pound.

And they can also be vacuum-packed and couriered to your home, making them quite suitable for accompanying gifts.

Based on the store's recommendation, I bought the soy sauce and pickled pepper types. I think the soy sauce is average, the pickled pepper flavor is not bad, flavorful and not fishy, and the radish pickles inside are also very tasty.

Passion fruit is also bought by many people. It's sweet and sour and great for snacking.

The area where Jiufengzhao is located is generally called Walmart by the locals and is surrounded by good shopping. You might as well forget about review sites and eat as you go. See the crowded store, will not step on the mine.

Dinner

Gu Zhenji bowl of chicken

Address: No. 5, 1/F, Building 3, No. 2, County Street, Central District, Leshan City

There are a lot of stores in Leshan that do call chicken. As long as they haven't gone out of business, most of them have their own advantages.

Usually, Leshan Pottered Chicken has a choice of two soup bases: vine-pepper and red oil. I don't think the red oil soup base of Guzhenji is particularly spicy, and the sweet and tangy flavor will be more prominent. Recommended for stockholders who are not very spicy like me.

The first time I ate it, a big bowl was served and gave me a complete coma. I realized later that I could take whatever I wanted. I ate and signed for 80 cents a piece. It was delicious and not too expensive.

Pair it with ice powder or Emei Snow, Le'e's local specialty drink, Barking Chicken, and a glass of soda, and it will make your head spin.

After eating, remember to boldly shout "Boss, count it!"

Zhen Ji has many branches in Leshan, I recommend this one near the old park. Although the front is not spacious, but after dinner you can stroll around the park, the most intuitive feeling of the slow life in Leshan sun Dragon Gate.

Other alms chicken recommended:

Ye's call chicken: which call chicken is the most delicious? Everyone in Leshan probably has their own answer. The most famous one in Leshan should be Ye did not run away. The product is stable and has many choices of ingredients. I also like their khaki cake.

Pan Liuniang Spare Ribs Noodles

Address: Sunshine Plaza, 372 South

The key to a bowl of spare ribs noodles that has been sold for 30 years is that the ribs are first fried and then boiled to maximize the freshness of the meat.

The spare ribs noodles are much more expensive than the original price, but the ribs are definitely generous. There are at least four or five thin ribs in each bowl, and the soup is so refreshing that you can even eat the soup with the noodles.

Late night snacks

Yingzi Fry

Address: No. 68, Garden Street, Zhonggu District, Leshan City (Yua Kindergarten)

There's a huge "skewer family" in Leshan's culinary rivers and lakes, and Bobo Chicken is one of the stars, as well as fried skewers, which are also a big part of late-night snacking.

The fried Yingzi was highly recommended by the cab driver. I arrived at 5:30 on purpose. Turns out all the seats were full and business was really good.

Pork, beef skewers, duck intestines, wing tips, palm treasures, and ribs. These kebabs were crispy when fried, but the meat wasn't at all faggy, and a bit sweet when brushed with seasoning; the vegetables were particularly tasty and not particularly greasy.

The key is very, very good value for money. Now I don't know what I'm eating when I order a barbecue takeout for 100 bucks, but 30 bucks a head for fried yingzi will last me until I walk back to my place!

Li Zhe Lai Xiao Li oil press

Address: 26 Yuxian Street, Zhong District, Leshan City

The omelette is very tasty, but the queue I was afraid. A lot of people also recommended this Little Li Oil Pressed.

This store is near the Min River. The sign says it is the first fried store in Leshan. I guess it has been open for some years.

Their specialty is dipping vegetables, dried chili peppers, secret marinade oil, spicy and fresh.

The boss grabbed all kinds of ingredients and threw them into the frying pan, but when they came out of the pan, they were all fried to the extreme.

The beef was tender and crispy, the shaved tongue was crispy on both sides and soft in the middle, and the flavor was sexy and quite good.

But there's no way to control the amount of food you order here. The host's grandmother will watch and grab it for you depending on the number of people, which is not very humane.

This is my guide to eating in Leshan. There is an online celebrity restaurant that is worth eating at when it's crowded. There are also small cold stores with average ambience but outstanding taste.

While Sichuan and Chengdu have a sense of dominance, there are plenty of shiny little cities waiting to be explored.

Leshan, in particular, has all the makings of a unique destination, with transportation as convenient as it is.

Tips for Playing

Transportation Tips

Leshan is easily accessible. If you start from Chengdu, you can get there in 1 hour by car. If you take a high-speed train, Chengdu East to Leshan is also about 1 hour, and there is still time for a round trip on the same day.

Traveling to Leshan from outside the province is also very convenient. Chengdu Shuangliu Airport is downstairs from the high-speed train station, and there are direct flights to Leshan in about 40 minutes.

Accommodation Recommendations

There are no particularly good hotels in Leshan at the moment. The Zhi Xuan vacation I stayed at this time was in the new town of Leshan, about 15 minutes from the old downtown area and about 20 minutes from the town of Suji, where there are lots of good restaurants. It's right in the middle and a taxi is not expensive.

Leshan's accommodations are still mainly B&Bs, mostly concentrated in the area of Leshan Big Buddha. The first two times I stayed at Jiading Yard, I rode a thousand miles by myself. The quality is good, but the price is on the high side, not cost-effective.
