5, anyone who finds a fire, should immediately call the police. Any unit or individual should be gratuitous alarm to provide convenience, shall not block the alarm. False alarm is strictly prohibited.

7, the unit of the fire must immediately organize forces to fight the fire.
8, the public **** place of fire, the public **** place of the site staff does not fulfill the organization, guide the masses present evacuation obligations, resulting in personal injury or death, does not constitute a crime, shall be sentenced to less than fifteen days of detention.

Characteristics of fire:
(1) burning fiercely and spreading quickly. Fire is divided into four categories: A, B, C, D.
