What maintenance does the purified water equipment usually need to do?
attention must be paid to water flow monitoring, effluent quality monitoring, water pressure monitoring, regular cleaning of components, long-term shutdown protection, short-term shutdown protection, etc.
1. The total water inflow of purified water equipment (i.e. the sum of produced water and concentrated water)
is controlled by the RO water inflow control valve. If the reverse osmosis water inflow has not changed, do not tamper with the RO water inflow control valve, and it is forbidden to fully open or close it; RO concentrated discharge control valve is used to adjust the recovery rate. If the recovery rate has not changed, do not tamper with the concentrated discharge control valve, and it is absolutely forbidden to fully open or close it.
2. Discharge control. Due to the change of water temperature, operating pressure and other factors, the water output of the device will also change accordingly. At this time, the discharge should be adjusted, otherwise the desalination rate of the device will be affected;
3. The influent temperature control should be based on the actual water consumption, and the lower temperature at which the critical pressure (the pressure below which the desalination rate drops obviously) can not meet the requirements of water production and water quality is taken as the influent temperature in this time period, so as to reduce the attenuation of membrane water quantity;
4. The operating pressure control should be as low as possible under the premise of meeting the water production and water quality, which is beneficial to reduce the water flux attenuation of the membrane and the replacement rate of the membrane;
5. Strictly control the inlet water quality to ensure that the device is operated under the water quality conditions meeting the requirements of the inlet water index;
6. Operation countermeasures for high water temperature in summer: under the premise of ensuring the requirement of post-treatment on the salt content of influent, reduce the operation pressure and implement decompression operation. This game is a priority game; According to the water supply requirements, the equipment shall be shut down in turn, but the shut-down time shall not be longer than 24 hours (summer), otherwise it will easily lead to bacterial growth on the membrane surface and increase the pressure drop; The device shall not be shut down for a long time, and it shall run for at least 2 hours every day. If it is going to be shut down for more than 72 hours, the components shall be protected by filling 1% sodium bisulfite and 18% glycerol with a chemical cleaning device. Every time the purified water equipment is shut down and started, the device should be washed for 11 minutes under the condition that the inlet pressure is less than 1.4Mpa; The operator shall record the operation parameters every hour, mainly including: influent (PH value, conductivity, pressure, SDI, water temperature), produced water (conductivity, flow rate, PH value) and concentrated water (flow rate, pressure and influent pressure in each section).
7. When high and low pressure alarms occur in the purified water equipment, first check whether the opening of the manual valve between the security filter and the high-pressure pump is too small, then check whether the RO inlet regulating valve and the concentrated exhaust valve are normal, and then press the high and low pressure alarm reset button to restart the equipment;
Maintenance of purified water equipment requires professionals. Do not operate it at will to avoid damage to the equipment.
