Collection channel/collection rule
China UnionPay Express APP Home-District-Deyang City Coupon or open the "Deyang Citizen Pass" applet /APP and click the "Deyang Coupon" button to participate in voucher collection.
When collecting coupons, China UnionPay Express APP should be allowed to use the location authority of the mobile phone, and users whose mobile phones are located in Deyang should be restricted from participating in the coupon collection.
