The air separation equipment designed and manufactured by our company has been serialized, with the maximum specification of 82,000 m/h. In the 1990s, the molecular sieve purification air separation equipment with supercharged expander process was developed, and the application of new technologies such as structured packing distillation column, hydrogen-free argon production and large-scale internal compression process reached the international level, which was in the leading position in China.
The large and medium-sized air separation equipment designed and manufactured by our company are: 20000/h, 30000 m/h, 40000 m/h, 50000 m/h, 60000 m/h, 80000 m/h and high-purity nitrogen series equipment. Since the 1990s, our company has further expanded the international market, and exported 1500 m/h, 3200 m/h, 4500 m/h, 6000 m/h, 15000 m/h air separation equipment and all-liquid equipment of various specifications to Indonesia, India, the Philippines, Iran and the European Union.
Since 2000, according to the market changes, our company has intensified the development of large-scale internal compression air separation products, and successively provided metallurgical and chemical enterprises with large-scale internal compression complete sets of air separation equipment with oxygen pressure grade of 2.5- 1 1.0 MPa and capacity of 20,000, 30,000, 40,000, 50,000, 60,000 and 80,000.
Our company can also design and manufacture full extraction air separation equipment according to the specific requirements of users, which can simultaneously produce gas and liquid products of oxygen, nitrogen, argon and rare gases, or independently produce gas and liquid products of oxygen or nitrogen. Aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger is widely used in industrial gas separation and liquefaction, petrochemical industry, electric transport machinery and refrigeration equipment because of its compact structure, light weight and high heat transfer efficiency. Our company has strong strength in the design and manufacture of plate-fin heat exchangers, has a perfect production system, has accumulated rich experience, has the largest vacuum brazing furnace and complete sets of manufacturing and testing equipment in China, and is the production base of plate-fin heat exchangers in China. BCK 3-800/6 and BCK 2. 1-900/6 aluminum plate-fin switching heat exchangers won the National Silver Award of 1985. At present, the maximum size of the weldable product unit is 1350× 1350×7800mm, which can exchange the heat of nine fluids at the same time.
Shell and tube heat exchanger products include tube type, finned tube type, jacketed tube type, coiled tube type, double tube plate type and internal finned tube type, which can be designed and produced according to different needs of users. Among them, the multi-stream high-pressure coil heat exchanger (the maximum design pressure is greater than 20Mpa, the maximum external dimension is φ 3000× 22000, and the tonnage is greater than 90 tons) has been listed as a technical innovation project by the State Economic and Trade Commission, which can be a large-scale fertilizer plant. Our company is one of the key enterprises in China to design and manufacture centrifugal air compressors and oxygen compressors, with more than 30 years of design and manufacturing experience. Over the years, we have cooperated with Xi Jiaotong University, China Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Zhengzhou University of Technology and other scientific research institutes for many projects. We have jointly developed design software for compressor aerodynamic and thermal calculation, bearing and rotor dynamic calculation and impeller strength calculation. Using these softwares, the model-level experimental study of three-dimensional impeller was first carried out in China. In the early 1980s, on the basis of digesting foreign advanced technology, we developed the first H-type isothermal compressor with near-inlet guide vane adjustment in China, and realized this type of compressor. The machine has advanced performance, with a variable rate of over 86% and an isothermal efficiency of over 74%. The vertical oil-free piston oxygen-nitrogen compressor developed by our company has the characteristics of advanced pneumatic performance, compact structure, small floor space, stable operation, high reliability and high market share. During the period of 1995, the company imported a large-scale three-dimensional impeller design and processing software package from NREC, including performance prediction of centrifugal compressor, three-dimensional fluent analysis and three-dimensional impeller simulation of machining software, and purchased a five-axis CNC machining center dedicated to three-dimensional impeller processing from Boston Machine Tool Company, which was successfully applied to the design and processing of this kind of products in our company, greatly improving the design and processing accuracy of products and ensuring the design and practical operation value.
At present, there are two types of centrifugal air compressors designed and manufactured by our company: single-shaft DA type and double-shaft H type, with dozens of specifications. The flow rate ranges from 80 m/min to 2300 m/min, and the exhaust pressure ranges from 0.6 MPa to 2.0 MPa. There are single, double, three and four rows of oil-free piston oxygen-nitrogen compressors. The exhaust capacity of a single compressor ranges from 300 m/h to 7500m/h, the exhaust pressure ranges from 0.2 MPa to 3.0 MPa, and the exhaust pressure of the supercharger can reach 6.4MPa. A brand-new compressor can also be designed and manufactured according to the special requirements of users. Turboexpander is one of the main supporting equipment of air separation plant. Our company has been engaged in the research, development, design and manufacture of turboexpander since 1960s. Up to now, more than 1,000 units have been operated in steel, petrochemical and other industrial sectors, and some of them have been exported abroad with air separation equipment.
At the end of 1980s and the beginning of 1990s, our company cooperated with Xi Jiaotong University to research and develop the supercharged turboexpander, introduced the physical property database from abroad, and developed the design and calculation software for the thermodynamic characteristics and power at both ends of the supercharged turboexpander suitable for multi-component media. The company specially set up the expander cold test bench, and obtained a lot of empirical data through experiments, which enriched the design calculation software and greatly improved the design accuracy. During the period of 1995, the company imported the design and processing software package of turbine expansion machinery from NREC and the five-axis CNC machining center specially used for machining three-dimensional impeller from Boston Machine Tool Company. These softwares can be used to predict and optimize the performance of expander and supercharger, analyze three-dimensional flow field and design and model three-dimensional impeller. In 2003, the company upgraded and optimized the NREC software. The combination of software and hardware can realize the automatic machining of three-dimensional impeller, greatly improve the design accuracy, ensure the high consistency between design performance and actual operation parameters, greatly improve the efficiency of the unit, and approach or reach the advanced level in the world today. Our company is engaged in the design, complete set, configuration, debugging and on-site technical service of control system and instrument engineering of air separation equipment at home and abroad.
The control system covers nearly 1,000 sets of super-large, large, medium and small air separation plants with 800-80,000 nm3/h/h, pressure swing adsorption and LNG cold energy utilization. From qdz and electrical unit instrument cluster to PLC, DCS, remote monitoring advanced control and ITCC.
Our company also undertakes the design, complete sets and debugging of several sets of instruments and control systems for environmental protection projects (pharmaceutical factory, paper mill and sewage treatment). The automation control level of our company is at the advanced level in the air separation industry, and the following controls have been achieved at present:
1. The local optimization control of air separation equipment, such as automatic start-up, automatic loading and unloading of air compressor and booster, anti-surge control of conveying flow and automatic load change, realizes the advanced automatic load change control of the whole air separation equipment.
2. Integrated instrument and electricity control of large, medium and small air separation plants, monitoring all complete air separation plants (including each unit) through DCS system, reducing a lot of external hard wiring of instrument and electricity, low-voltage control electrical components and engineering installation materials, improving the reliability of air separation plants and making the control system more cost-effective.
3. Remote monitoring, remote real-time analysis and guidance of air separation operation are realized through Inter, which greatly facilitates users.
4. Data communication between 4.DCS and factory management network computer.
5. Supporting devices of large-scale air separation equipment (air compressor, booster, steam turbine, oxygen permeation, nitrogen permeation, etc.). ) controlled by ITCC, the integration of emergency shutdown interlock protection, unit comprehensive control protection and air separation plant safety protection system is completed.
6. The remote diagnosis and fault diagnosis of turbomachinery and the remote monitoring center of air separation equipment are established. Our company designs and produces various supporting valves for various industrial gas separation and liquefaction equipment. The main products are: butterfly valve, globe valve, throttle valve, check valve, regulating valve and on-off valve, with 22 varieties and about 200 specifications. The nominal pressure is 0.06-22 MPa, the working temperature is-196℃-200℃, and the transmission modes are manual, electric and pneumatic.
Recently, our company has developed various specifications of plane and spherical soft seal switching valves and plane hard seal switching butterfly valves for molecular sieve pre-purification air separation equipment, which have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, long service life, simple structure, flexible and stable opening and so on, and have been successfully applied to air separation equipment of many users.
