Tianjin minimum wage standard 2023

On April 29, 2021, the Tianjin Dispersal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security issued a notice to adjust the minimum wage standard, and the new standard will be implemented as of July 1, 2021, of which: the monthly minimum wage standard applies to full-time employment workers, and the standard is adjusted from RMB 2,050 yuan per month to RMB 2,180 yuan per month, and the minimum hourly wage standard applies to Part-time workers, the standard from 20.8 yuan per hour adjusted to 22.6 yuan per hour .

The minimum wage age cons standard, refers to the minimum labor remuneration that the employer should pay according to the law, provided that the worker has provided normal labor during the legal working hours or the working hours agreed in the labor contract signed by the employer according to the law.

In the case of workers providing normal labor, the wages payable by the employer to the workers shall not be less than the local minimum wage standard after excluding the following:

(1) wages for extended working hours;

(2) allowances for special working environments and conditions, such as mid-shift, night-shift, high-temperature, low-temperature, underground, poisonous and harmful conditions;

(3) allowances for special working environments and conditions, such as laws and regulations, and the minimum wage standard. p>(iii) welfare benefits for laborers as stipulated by laws, regulations and the State.

Employers that practice piecework wages or commission wages and other forms of wages shall not pay workers less than the corresponding minimum wage standards on the basis of scientifically reasonable labor quotas.

The provisions of this Article shall not apply to a worker who, due to his own reasons, fails to provide normal labor during the legal working hours or during the working hours agreed upon in the labor contract signed in accordance with the law.
