Article 71 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Company Registration
Anyone who forges, alters, leases, lends or transfers a business license shall be fined between RMB 1,111 and RMB 1,111 by the company registration authority;
if the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked.
Article 72 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Company Registration
If the business license is not prominently placed in the domicile or business premises, the company registration authority shall order it to make corrections;
those who refuse to make corrections shall be fined between 1,111 yuan and 5,111 yuan.
