When implementing 5S, managers must look for "incentive factors" that can cause employees to participate in the company's management culture. Create "the power of participation" from the level of guidance.

Here, we think managers must know several things:

L people are incredible, even if they work in a very harsh environment, they can continue to work without turning a blind eye when they are used to it. For example, toilet administrators can have tea and eat in the toilet;

Managers often commit the bad habit of solving problems by self-defense. For example, when they come back from visiting other people's factories, they say, "Our factory is too old to be like them …" and "How much will that cost?" "Impossible ..." And so on;

L China people have the mentality of being easy to satisfy and not seeking perfection, and are often "lazy" and not seeking progress.

These are fatal injuries to the implementation of 5S, and they are all "old-fashioned" and "habits". Of course, managers are not aware of this, let alone promote it.
