1. Individual industrial and commercial households and enterprises that lease operating state-owned assets are exempt from 3 months' rent, which will be implemented from the date when the first-level response is initiated in our province.
2. For enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households renting non-state-owned operating assets, the District Federation of Industry and Commerce will take the lead, and various industry associations will initiate initiatives to advocate the owners to reduce or exempt rents for tenants for 1-3 months. The details shall be determined by both parties through consultation, and the reduced part shall be included in the owner's tax deduction. Party member cadres, public officials, deputies to the National People's Congress and members of the CPPCC at all levels should play an exemplary role.
3. Encourage private enterprises to operate professional markets or factories in the park to take the lead in implementing rent reduction and exemption policies and give priority support to the implementation of good development policies.
4. The lessee shall apply to the owner for rent reduction and exemption of leased operating state-owned assets, and the owner shall report to the District State-owned Assets Office for the record after reviewing and implementing it according to the requirements of this notice.
