Xinglong Street belongs to Tianfu New District in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Since the planning and construction of the Tianfu New Area, the street has been planned to be divided into Chengdu Science City and Luxi Zhigu. In the south of the street, Chengdu Science City is built around Xinglong Lake by water, eastward next to Tianfu Passenger Transportation Center, northward next to Huayang and Wan'an urban clusters, westward next to Tianfu Central Business District, and 4000 acres of the Western International Expo City border, Deer Creek Intelligence Valley from north to south by water planning and construction.
