Each bundle of wool has a label. In addition to the trademark, wool content and manufacturer, the label also includes a 4-digit product number.
The first number indicates the type of wool, which consists of 0 to 4. 0 means worsted wool; 1 stands for wool yarn; 2 stands for worsted wool; 3 denotes wool knitting wool; 4 stands for new variety.
The second digit indicates the raw materials used and consists of 1 to 8. 1 stands for domestic wool; 2 stands for imported wool; 3 represents the blending of imported wool and imported viscose fiber; 4 stands for trial product; 5 stands for domestic wool and viscose blending; 6 stands for imported wool and imported acrylic fiber blending; 7 stands for domestic wool mixed with synthetic fibers; 8 stands for pure acrylic fiber.
The last two digits indicate the yarn count. The bigger the number, the finer the wool and the higher the quality.
For example, "1 175" is wool yarn made of 7.5 yarns of domestic wool. The trademark of wool is a small label tied to yarn, usually printed with three numbers. The first digit represents the raw materials of wool, ranging from 0 to 9***, with a total of 10; The last two digits represent the count of a single yarn. The bigger these two digits are, the thinner the yarn is, the more turns per twist, and the less materials are used to weave clothes. If the word "4" is added before the three digits, it means that it is a trial product (which also means a new product).
1) All-Mao Mao Line: The first digit of the product number is 1 or 2. The first digit 1 indicates that this kind of wool is made of foreign wool. Heterogeneous hair refers to a kind of hair with different thickness from top to bottom, and has relatively thick and hard coarse cavity hair. Grade wool in domestic wool belongs to heterogeneous wool. The content of coarse wool varies with different wool grades. For example, wool with product numbers of 168 and 170 is made of domestic third-and fourth-grade wool, and there are many rough holes on the surface, which makes the woven clothes harder. When choosing this kind of wool, it is better to have coarse wool and less yarn defects.
Wool with product numbers 180 and 1 16 is made of first-class and second-class domestic wool fabrics, with less coarse cavity hairs on the surface, especially the first-class wool fabrics with almost no fine cavity hairs, soft and elastic hand feel and smooth appearance, but the color is not bright enough and the price is relatively high.
The best quality wool is homogeneous wool, and the quantity of imported wool and domestic wool is called homogeneous wool. The fineness and length of homogeneous wool have certain standards. The count of this wool is 2. For example, 268,272,275,219 and so on.
2) Blended wool: wool blended with wool acrylic fiber and heterogeneous wool, with the number of heads being 7. Compared with foreign Mao Mao yarn, it improves the strength and service life of wool, improves the color and reduces pilling. The first number of wool blended with homogeneous wool and heterogeneous wool is 4. The first number is 6, which represents the blending of homogeneous wool and acrylic fiber.
3) Chemical fiber wool: the first digit of the product number is 8. It is characterized by bright and moist color, colorfastness, chubby appearance and soft touch.
4) The first number on the sign is 3; Represents the blending of imported wool and viscose fiber.
5) The first number on the sign is 5, which means that domestic wool and viscose fiber are blended.
6) The first number on the label is 0, indicating the blending between cashmere grades.
7) The first number on the label is 9, which refers to all kinds of wool that do not belong to the above range.
