Stairs and elevators

4.1.1 Stairwell design should be in line with the current national standards "building design fire code" (GBJ16) and "high-rise civil building design fire code" (GB50045) of the relevant provisions.

4.1.2 The net width of the stairway section should not be less than 1.10 m. Six floors and six floors of residential, one side of the stairway section with a balustrade should not be less than 1 m.

4.3.2 When garbage pipes are installed in the residence, the following requirements shall be met:

1 The garbage pipes shall not be arranged adjacent to the bedrooms and living rooms (halls);

2 The effective cross-section of the garbage pipes shall not be smaller than the following:

1) 0.40m×0.40m for multi-story residences;

2) 0.50m×0.50m for medium and high-rise residences;

2) 0.50m × 0.50m;

3) 0.60m × 0.60m for high-rise dwellings;

3 The garbage hopper and the door of the garbage hopper should be corrosion-resistant and close tightly;

4 The top of the garbage pipe should be passed out of the roof, and the bottom of the garbage should be equipped with closed garbage room.

4.4 Basements and Semi-basements

4.4.1 Dwellings should not be arranged in basements. When arranged in a semi-basement, measures must be taken for lighting, ventilation, sunlight, moisture control, drainage and safety protection.

4.4.2 Basement, semi-basement for storage, bicycle storage and equipment rooms, the net height shall not be less than 2m; as a car garage, should be in line with the current industry standards, "automobile garage building design specifications" (JGJ100) of the relevant provisions.

4.4.3 Basement, semi-basement should take waterproof, moisture-proof and ventilation measures; light wells should take drainage measures.

4.5 Ancillary public ****use rooms

5 Indoor Environment

5.1 Daylighting, Natural Lighting, and Natural Ventilation

5.1.1 At least one living space of each residence should be able to obtain daylight, and when the total number of living spaces in a residence is more than four, it is desirable for two of them to obtain daylight.
