According to Article 87 of the Food Safety Law, they shall be ordered to make corrections and given a warning; Refuses to correct, a fine of two thousand yuan and twenty thousand yuan; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to suspend production or business until the license is revoked.

(3) The food and beverage processing and business premises shall keep the internal and external environment clean and tidy, and take effective measures to eliminate rats, cockroaches, flies and other harmful insects and their breeding conditions.
