I deeply realize that the development of "Sunshine Credit" not only effectively enhances our social reputation, further narrows the relationship with farmers, shortens the time for handling loans, and improves the efficiency of handling loans, but also implements "Sunshine Operation", puts the credit work under the supervision of society and customers, and prevents the moral hazard of loans from the source, and corrects the report.
third, in credit management: since I was appointed as the department manager, I have been able to keep a clear head at all times, and strive to improve and make no mistakes when investigating and reviewing the loan procedures, so as to ensure that the procedures are true and legal. However, there is a certain inertia in the post-loan inspection, and a small part of the file information is not perfect. For some small loans with a quota of several thousand yuan, the procedures are always considered to be in compliance, and the guarantor is trusted unilaterally without more detailed investigation. This problem will be improved as a key point in future work, so as to put an end to violations and reduce the loan risk.

However, there are still a few times when drinking with friends at noon affects my office in the afternoon. 5. Not caring enough for students. Wearing colored glasses in the teaching process, favoring the gifted students and discriminating against the poor students. 6. The evaluation method for students is too simple. Lesson preparation can't be for all students. Students' behavior is not evaluated according to their personality characteristics.
