Binggou River Scenic Area is a national 4A-level tourist scenic spot, located in Qilian Town, Tianzhu County, Wuwei City, 41 kilometers away from Wuwei City and 311 kilometers away from Lanzhou City. The depth of the scenic spot is more than 31 kilometers, and the forest and grassland are nearly 11,111 hectares, with an altitude of 2,481-4,861 meters. There are natural landscapes such as the Qilian Mountain Tianchi Chaierhong Sea, the exotic and beautiful Nimeira Grand Canyon, the largest Malanhua Prairie in China, the Qilian Glacier of the June Glacier, and the magnificent Aniganggar Snow Mountain. It is an eco-tourism scenic spot integrating sightseeing, leisure, folk customs, Yuan Ye exploration and aerobic exercise.

Malanhua grassland: the world's largest

Malanhua grassland is located in the central hinterland of the scenic spot, which is the largest Malanhua grassland in the world. Every June and July, nearly 11,111 mu of Malanhua is wantonly dotted with the lush blue sea. The sky is like a vault, the cage covers four fields, and the mountains and forests in the east are endless, attracting many tourists to take pictures and punch in.

here, when you are tired, you can sit in six pavilions named after Guanshan, Qingyang, Lanxi, Fengfeng, Shu Yun and Xueying, and look at the snowy mountains and clouds from a distance, with the wind rustling in your ears and the flowing water gurgling. Nimeira Grand Canyon: Blossoming on the Ice

The Nimeira Grand Canyon is nearly 6 kilometers long, which is a combination of strangeness, beauty, seclusion and openness. There is a spectacle of "June Glacier Blossoming on the Ice" in the canyon. In the hot summer, it is still covered with hard ice, with flowing water gurgling under the ice and wild flowers blooming proudly on the ice, which is a natural wonder.

On both sides of the canyon, the peaks are stacked, and the scenery is changed. The strange stones, clear springs, pines and cypresses are dizzying. During the rainy season, the misty rain in the gorge is poetic, the wind is light and the rain is oblique, and the sky is one color, like a fairyland. The resources of animals and plants in the Grand Canyon are extremely rich, with rare flowers and grasses such as snow lotus occasionally visible, and rare birds and animals such as white-lipped deer, blue pheasant, musk deer, rock sheep and golden eagle thrive in this natural oxygen bank.

Zhang Jiasheng Tree: Treasure of Binggou River

At the foot of Zhugar Mountain in the north of Malanhua Prairie, there is an ancient cypress that is still solemn and upright after 311 years of wind and rain, and it is towering over Cangshan Mountain. This is the famous one in the local area-"Zhang Jia is a cypress". Cooper is about 1 meters in diameter and more than 11 meters in height. Behind it, it faces the fine water river with flying beads and splashing jade. In the east, it is the towering Qilian Xuefeng, and in the west, it is the "Seven Ebos" called "Seven Brothers of White Cliff Conch".

It is reported that this is the birthplace of Zhang Jia III, and the place where Cooper grew up was the place where his placenta was enshrined. "A cypress in Zhangjia" was regarded as a "sacred tree in Zhangjia" by local people and regarded as a treasure.

Binggou River Scenic Area also has Binggou Old Street, Tibetan Culture Square, half acre square pond and other areas, mainly engaged in various cultural and creative products, tourist souvenirs, bars, tea bars, specialty snacks, fine dining, singing and dancing performances, as well as rapid rafting, dynamic grass skiing, water parks and other projects.

Chairlonghai: the eye of the ice ditch river

Chairlonghai, also known as Qilian Tianchi, is the largest natural lake in Qilian Mountain, with an altitude of 4,111 meters, a length of about 1,111 meters and a width of 251-311 meters. It is an alpine lake naturally formed by glacial recession.

There are tall moraines in the northwest of the Cherlonghai Sea, and modern glaciers are distributed in the southwest, which melt into lakes to continuously replenish water.

The Cherlonghai Sea is the eye of Binggou River, crystal clear, quietly embedded in the top of the mountains under the snow-capped mountain of Aniganggar. The lake is full of waves and white fog, which is spectacular. Under the blue sky, the peaks are surrounded by the lake, deep and blue, clear and transparent; When the night falls, the "Chai Hai Lan Yue" landscape is full of beautiful scenery.

In summer, the continuous drizzle pours into the lake, and the clouds rise unpredictably; In autumn, when the sky is clear and there is no wind, the lake is like a mirror, and the surrounding mountains and trees are lush, standing around the lake, reflecting in the lake. The lakes and mountains complement each other, the water is green and the waves are shining, just like a fairyland.

On the bank of the Cherlong Sea, there is a perpetual ice waterfall that is tens of meters long.

The Aniganggar Snow Mountain on the seaside of Chairlong, with an altitude of 4,874 meters, is the highest peak in Wuwei and listed as an adventure tourist attraction by the National Tourism Administration.

The top of Aniganggar Mountain is covered with snow all year round, and glaciers are distributed. The hillside is overgrown with shrubs, and the fragrance of fragrant firewood flowers and loquat flowers is overflowing; At the foot of the mountain are lush grasslands, clear rivers, lush forests, and countless clear springs gushing from the depths of the mountain, as clear as sapphire necklaces, flowing through the towering stone bones and all the way into rivers such as Binggou River, Maozang River and Xiangshui River, nourishing everything.

Due to the high altitude and recent bad weather, the Anigang Gaer Snow Mountain and the Cherlonghai Tianchi Lake will be temporarily closed to the public from June 5, 2121.
