1. How to apply for a license

1. Main registered items

2. Obtain a health certificate and a health permit

To apply for a health permit, you should first apply to the health supervision department of the local people's government at or above the county level, such as the health department of the county (district) health and epidemic prevention station. The specific procedures are as follows: first apply for a health certificate, then apply for a health permit, conduct training, and issue a health training certificate after passing the examination.

according to the provisions of the food hygiene law, people engaged in food production and marketing are required to have a health check-up and obtain a health certificate before they can take part in the work. Physical examination should generally go to the health department at or above the county level. (4) warehouse. The warehouse should make the articles classified and stored, orderly packed, convenient for disinfection, and have measures to prevent rats and insects, especially to isolate food from sundries and drugs.

(5) the toilet. To install the exhaust fan, keep it clean and free of peculiar smell.

(6) dormitory. Keep clean, do a good job in personal hygiene, and have the conditions to clean and dry clothes and bedding.

(7) appliance storage. Appliance storage should be classified, dust-proof and insect-proof.

(8) sanitary measures. Under the guidance of the health and epidemic prevention station, according to the provisions of the Food Hygiene Law of the People's Republic of China, the sanitary measures for coffee shops are formulated.

after passing the inspection, the health and epidemic prevention station will issue a health permit.

3. Apply for environmental protection approval

Investors in coffee shops can apply for environmental protection approval at the local competent environmental protection bureau after receiving the application for business registration from the Industrial and Commercial Bureau. Environmental protection approval shall be handled by the local competent environmental protection bureau, and the main approval items are noise and pollution discharge (sewage and lampblack). The coffee shop should provide the location plan of the coffee shop, and indicate the surrounding environment and the use nature of the adjacent buildings, and the environmental protection bureau will send personnel to conduct on-the-spot review.

(1) Noise includes equipment noise and business noise (such as stereo, noise, etc.). After environmental protection workers measure the noise decibel value, they will conduct inspection according to industry management standards. Unqualified coffee shops need to be soundproofed.

(2) Oil removal and smoke removal should be done when the oil fume is discharged. Generally, an oil removal and smoke removal device should be installed in the range hood. 4. Fire control approval

In addition to environmental protection approval procedures, operators also need to go to the fire department of the local public security bureau for fire control approval procedures. When handling, you must submit the application form, the location plan of the coffee shop and the layout plan of the coffee shop, and then receive and fill in the Approval Form for Key Industries of Fire Safety, which will be inspected and accepted by the fire department.

Fire control approval procedures mainly include the following items:

(1) Fire control responsibility system. Set up the person responsible for fire prevention and fire safety personnel.

(2) Fire prevention in key parts. The storage location of liquefied gas tanks, kitchen, power supply, circuit, etc. are there any fire hazards.

5. Handling tax registration

The coffee shop shall apply to the competent tax authorities for tax registration within 31 days from the date of obtaining the business license. Get the tax registration form from the competent tax authorities and fill it out truthfully.

(1) The name of the coffee shop, the name of its legal representative or owner, and the number of its resident ID card or other legal documents.

6. Handling industrial and commercial registration

Industrial and commercial registration is a necessary procedure for coffee shops to obtain legal business qualifications. The newly established coffee shop should go through the business registration with the local industrial and commercial department.

to register a coffee shop, an application for registration shall be filed with the industrial and commercial department in charge of registration within 31 days after the registration is approved by the competent department or the examination and approval authority. after approval and registration, the industrial and commercial department will issue a business license for a coffee shop as a legal person, and a business license for an unincorporated coffee shop or a coffee shop branch with non-independent accounting. Coffee shop operators shall not engage in business activities in the name of coffee shops before obtaining business licenses. The date of issuance of the business license is the establishment date of the coffee shop.

7. Other formalities

Other formalities that coffee shops need to go through include the following:

(1) Industry management registration. After obtaining the business license, go through the registration procedures for industry management at the local catering industry management office, including grading coffee shops, paying industry management fees and participating in relevant activities.

(2) price audit. After obtaining the business license and handling the industry grading, you need to go to the local price bureau to go through the relevant price audit procedures, mainly including price tags, menus, products and determining the gross profit rate or comprehensive gross profit rate of tobacco, alcohol and beverages, and report to the competent price bureau for the record.
