Guangdong Cuisine Association was established in 1987. It is a province-wide cross-departmental and cross-ownership industry organization and a non-profit social organization, which is composed of enterprises, institutions and social organizations engaged in catering business, management and cooking skills, restaurant service, food culture, catering education, cooking theory and food nutrition research in Guangdong Province.

1. For enterprises that have joined the Guangdong Cuisine Association, plaques and certificates will be issued, and advanced enterprises and outstanding representatives among the members will be recommended to the Council and the Standing Council, and they will be elected as directors (units), executive directors (units) and vice presidents, so as to enhance the status and influence of enterprises in society.

2. With the support of the provincial labor department, the association organizes technical exchanges, skill competitions and other activities every year, and assists outstanding players in technical post promotion.

★ Membership procedures

1. Submit the Application Form for Member Units of Guangdong Cuisine Association and affix the official seal of the applicant unit;

2. submit copies of the business license, tax registration certificate and health permit of the applicant, and affix the official seal of the applicant;

3. After qualification examination, you can become a member of the Association after reporting to the Council of the Association for approval. Members who have been approved to join the membership will be awarded membership plaques and enjoy the rights and obligations of members.

The Articles of Association of Guangdong Cuisine Association (adopted at the 5th Congress on August 11, 2116) stipulates:

Article 11 Members shall enjoy the following rights:

(1) Attend the Congress (or Congress), participate in the activities of the Association and accept the services provided by the Association; (2) Having the right to vote, to be elected and to vote in this Association; (three) to obtain the priority of the service provided by this association, and to obtain the priority of the cooking books and materials edited and published by this association; (four) the right to put forward proposals, suggestions and supervision over the work of this association; (5) Voluntary membership and freedom of withdrawal.

Article 11 Members shall perform the following obligations:

(1) Abide by the articles of association of this Association; (2) Implementing the resolutions of this Association; (3) Paying membership dues according to regulations; (four) to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association and the industry; (five) actively complete the work assigned by the association; (six) take the initiative to reflect the situation to the association, provide relevant information, and make suggestions on the development of cooking as much as possible;

★ Payment of membership fee:

1. Admission of new members: 1111 yuan (including plaque fee);

2. General member unit: 611 yuan/year;

3. Director: 1111 yuan/year;

4. Standing director unit: 1,211 yuan/year;

5. vice president unit: 1511 yuan/year;

6. President's unit: 1811 yuan/year.

7. renewal of membership fee: the renewal of membership fee is calculated on an annual basis, which can be paid once a year or for several years. Members should renew the membership fee one month before the membership fee expires.
