Fortieth aviation personnel shall receive special training, pass the examination and obtain a license issued by the competent civil aviation authority of the State Council before they can engage in the work specified in their licenses.

The aircrew and air traffic controllers shall also be inspected by the physical examination unit recognized by the competent civil aviation authority of the State Council before obtaining the license, and obtain the physical examination certificate issued by the competent civil aviation authority of the State Council.

Forty-first aircrew members shall carry their licenses and physical examination certificates with them when performing flight tasks, and shall be inspected by the competent civil aviation authorities in the State Council.

Forty-second aviation personnel shall be subject to regular or irregular inspections and assessments by the competent civil aviation authorities in the State Council; Only those who pass the inspection and evaluation can continue to work in accordance with the provisions of the permit.

Aircrew members should also participate in regular emergency procedures training.

If the intermittent flight time of the flight crew exceeds the time limit prescribed by the competent civil aviation authority of the State Council, it shall be inspected and assessed; Aircrew members other than flight attendants should also take the flight. Only those who pass the inspection, evaluation and flight can continue to work in accordance with the provisions of the license.
