Wuyuanwan Operation Center 1. It was built by Xiamen Road and Bridge Construction Investment Corporation, designed by Beijing Zhonghua Construction Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd., provided by Tianjin Geological Engineering Survey and Design Institute, supervised by Xiamen Xiangyu Engineering Consulting Management Co., Ltd., and undertaken by Hunan Third Engineering Company. The glass curtain wall project was designed by Fujian Tianmin Building Decoration Co., Ltd., subcontracted by Hunan Third Engineering Company to Southeast Aluminum Co., Ltd., and the chemical rebar planting of glass curtain wall embedded parts was tested by Xiamen Construction Engineering Testing Center.

2. The functional layout of this project is an office building, with a building grade of Grade I and a frame shear wall structure. The building has thirteen floors, the seismic fortification intensity is Grade VII, the building fire protection classification is Grade II, the above-ground fire resistance grade is Grade II, and the civil air defense engineering grade is Grade VI. Its construction area is 26,623.73 square meters, and the project cost is 23,219,958,741 yuan. The subcontracting quantity of glass curtain wall in this project is 1,111 square meters, and the project cost is 3.5 million yuan. The glass curtain wall adopts blue hidden frame and semi-hidden frame glass curtain wall, which is divided into three sides, namely, axis 4-8 in the south, axis 8-4 in the north (height 33.3-49.2 m) and axis A-D/9 (height 39.6-49.2 m). Curtain wall columns, beams and the main structure are connected with Q235B angle code (aluminum specifications are 125*81*111*8 and 251*111*111*8) and stainless steel bolts embedded, and glass curtain wall is grounded with Ф12 galvanized round steel and Ф3.2 electrode.

II. Construction:

This glass curtain wall project was embedded with embedded parts on July 29th, 2116, officially started on October 2nd, 2116, completed on April 21th, 2117, and accepted by the curtain wall project sub-division on April 24th, 2117. Glass curtain wall projects are constructed in accordance with curtain wall construction drawings and construction specifications, and the quality meets the design requirements and construction specifications after self-inspection.

III. Self-control of project quality

a) Before the construction of glass curtain wall, a professional construction plan for curtain wall project shall be prepared and submitted to the supervisor for examination and approval. After the approval, the construction shall be carried out according to the plan.

b) Before curtain wall construction, axis lofting survey and elevation putright survey shall be carried out on the facade of curtain wall, and the construction shall be started only after being checked and inspected by the supervisor.

c) Before the construction of curtain wall embedded parts, curtain wall columns, beams, lightning protection grounding and other sub-projects, technical and safety disclosure shall be made to each team, and the problems easily existing in the construction process shall be put forward in time to strictly control the project quality.

d) The glass curtain wall materials that enter the site shall be reported to the supervisor for acceptance in time, and can only be used after approval.

e) after the curtain wall embedded parts are embedded, do a good job of concealment acceptance in time.

f) For each concealed work, the next working procedure shall be carried out only after the supervision, quality supervision station and other relevant departments have accepted the concealment;

g) during the construction of this project, it shall be carried out in strict accordance with Mandatory Provisions of Engineering Construction Standards, relevant construction acceptance specifications and relevant standards.
