The Guide to Black Pearl Restaurant is the first food guide published by the US Mission to put forward China food standards, aiming at creating "China people's own food list".
The Guide to Black Pearl Restaurant is based on three criteria: cooking level, experience, inheritance and innovation, and is anonymously visited, graded and selected by many food experts. According to different social scenes, the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide divides the restaurants on the list into three levels: the first diamond restaurant (a must-see restaurant for parties), the second diamond restaurant (a must-see restaurant for anniversaries) and the third diamond restaurant (a must-see restaurant for life).
Classification of dishes in Black Pearl Restaurant
According to the classification of cuisines, "202 1 Black Pearl" cuisines are more abundant, covering 39 categories such as Chaozhou cuisine, Yunnan-Guizhou cuisine, Northwest cuisine, Anhui cuisine and Fujian cuisine. The Black Pearl list is all-inclusive, including China local food, western food, Japanese food, Southeast Asian food and other world cuisines.
At the same time, the Black Pearl Restaurant Guide excavated 14 high-quality restaurants with local cuisines in Yangzhou, Taizhou, Shantou, Shunde and other second-and third-tier cities, so that more hidden China cuisines were discovered.
As "China people's own food list", Black Pearl began to export China's food culture to the world, which also gave more and more diners confidence and dared to make exquisite dishes.
