Disinfection method of tableware
1. Disinfect tableware by steam. Usually, if there is no disinfection cabinet at home, I usually use a steamer, put all the washed dishes and chopsticks in the steamer, then steam them with fire. When the water boils, steam them for 21 to 31 minutes, and then wait until the tableware cools naturally before taking them out for use, so as not to dry them with a rag to avoid bacterial infection.
second, directly put it in the pot for disinfection. If there is no steamer, you can directly put the cleaned tableware in the pot and boil it with fire for direct disinfection. However, the tap water must not be disinfected. After the water is boiled, it will take 31 minutes to be completely disinfected, and it must be naturally cooled. Never use a rag to dry it.
Third, you can buy a disinfection cabinet for direct disinfection. I think it is troublesome and time-consuming to disinfect the pot with steam. You can buy a disinfection cabinet, wipe the cleaned tableware with a clean sterilized rag, and put it directly into the disinfection cabinet. The disinfection cabinet has ozone and far infrared rays. As long as the time and temperature are adjusted, the tableware can be directly disinfected.
IV. Dishwasher disinfection in some large restaurants, a lot of tableware can't be solved by using disinfection cabinets. Of course, there are also large steaming cabinets, but the cost is very high. Most people have sent them to the tableware disinfection center for disinfection. There are large dishwashers in them, which are convenient and practical, and they are all done in accordance with national requirements, which is safe and secure.
V. Some tableware can be disinfected with drugs. Disinfection cabinets or dishwashers are easy to deform, so you can disinfect them with drugs, as long as the drugs are disinfected according to the national standard dosage, and it is not appropriate to overdo them. Moreover, pay attention to the fact that the liquid medicine must not pass the tableware, and the soaking time must be enough, usually about 15 to 31 minutes, and then wash it with clear water.
6. It can be exposed to the sun. Many people may wonder how the sun can be disinfected, but don't forget that the sun has strong ultraviolet rays, which have a strong bactericidal ability. You can also expose the washed tableware to the sun for more than 41 minutes, but you must ensure that the tableware is not polluted by dust and flies.
