Food in the Food Safety Law refers to all foods used for eating. Food production and processing (hereinafter referred to as food production); Food circulation and catering services (hereinafter referred to as food business); Production and operation of food additives; Production and operation of food packaging materials, containers, detergents and disinfectants, and tools and equipment for food production and operation (hereinafter referred to as food-related products).

Food producers and operators use food additives and food-related products; Safety management of food, food additives and food-related products.

1. Substances available for human consumption or drinking include processed foods, semi-finished products and unprocessed foods, excluding tobacco or substances only used as medicines.

2. From the perspective of food hygiene legislation and management, the broad concept of food also involves: raw materials for food production, materials and environment contacted by food raw materials during cultivation, food additives, all packaging materials and facilities that directly or indirectly contact food, and the environment that affects the original quality of food.

3, the name, standard and logo of green food. The standard stipulates that the origin of products or raw materials must meet the eco-environmental standards of green food. (2) Crop planting, livestock and poultry breeding, aquaculture and food processing must conform to the production and operation procedures of green food.

4, the product must meet the quality and hygiene standards of green food. (4) The product label must comply with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Agriculture of China.
