Methods of Membership Management of Yunnan Culinary Association
Adopted by the Fourth Standing Council on March 24, 2011
Chapter I. General Principles
Article 1 In order to further strengthen the construction of the membership team, enhance the cohesion of the members, ensure the standardization and systematization of the management of the members, and give full play to the role of the Association, it is hereby formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Association's statutes.
The second Yunnan Provincial Culinary Catering Association members must strictly abide by the constitution of the Association, and conscientiously fulfill their rights and obligations.
Chapter II Membership Development
Article 3 Culinary (catering) associations, societies, research institutes throughout the province; catering companies, groups and hotels, hotels, restaurants, restaurants and other catering enterprises and catering-related manufacturers; culinary colleges and research institutes and other enterprises, institutions; intermediate or above, cooks, pasta chefs, restaurant servers, culinary teachers, physicians, Nutritionist, researchers, artists and culinary theory research workers; engaged in cooking and catering work for many years, culinary and industry research has certain attainments and rich experience in business management; uphold the constitution of the Association, can voluntarily apply for membership to become a unit member or individual member of the Association.
Article IV Anyone who requests to participate in the Association, unit members should have independent legal personality, individual members should be able to bear certain civil liability, and fill out the application form, the membership of the Department of the initial examination, submitted to the Secretary-General's Office for discussion and approval, before becoming a unit member or individual members of the Association. For the enthusiasm of the culinary industry, actively support the work of the Association's celebrities, can be directly absorbed by the Executive Council as a member of the Association.
Article V. Approved members of the Association, after payment of dues by the Membership Department to issue membership certificates, and in the "Yunnan Culinary Information" and Yunnan Culinary Network will be announced.
Article VI The Association makes membership development plan every year, and members, directors, executive directors and staff of the Association are obliged to develop members for the Association according to the development plan.
Chapter III Membership Management
Article VII Establishment of member liaison system. Unit members must recommend 1-2 liaison officers to make working contacts with the Association; in the areas (units) where individual members are relatively concentrated, the corresponding persons can also be recommended to act as liaison officers to make working contacts with the Association on behalf of individual members in their own areas (units).
Article VIII of the establishment of a membership database, classification and management of members. Where the unit members of the legal representative, liaison, mailing address, contact phone number changes; individual members of the work unit, mailing address, contact phone number changes, should promptly notify the Association office. After receiving the change information, the Association will notify the relevant departments twice a year in June and December.
Article IX Members who do not pay the dues for one year shall be regarded as automatically withdrawing from the Association.
Article X. If a member or executive director fails to attend a meeting of the directors or executive directors for two years, he or she shall be disqualified as a director or executive director. Members who damage the rights and interests of the Association and fail to implement the work tasks assigned by the Association shall be disqualified from membership.
Article 11 All units and individuals whose membership is canceled will be announced in the Yunnan Culinary Information and Yunnan Culinary Online.
Chapter IV Member Services
Article XII Establishment of information communication with members. Free of charge to provide members with "Yunnan Culinary Information" and other publications and related information materials, and prioritize the provision of members of the catering industry information and statistics and exhibitions, training and foreign exchange information services.
Article XIII of the regular membership activities. In addition to the provisions of the Association's bylaws to convene the Council, the executive director of the meeting, in order to keep abreast of the views and requirements of the members of the study of the catering industry development, reform and planning, at least once a year to organize unit members of the activities or organized by the region of the individual members of the activities.

Article XV of the Association will be based on the member's participation in the Association's activities and contribution to the Association, recognition and rewards, honorary titles, medals and certificates. Article XVI will be publicized through various publicity media for the members who are rated as advanced. At the same time, when selecting advanced collectives and individuals in the industry, priority will be given to recommending the awarded members.
Chapter V Management of Directors and Executive Members
Article XVII In accordance with the provisions of the Association's Articles of Association, the Council shall be convened at least once in two years, and the Executive Council shall be convened at least once a year. Article XVIII of the Council, the executive director has the corresponding rights and responsibilities, should actively attend the Council, the executive director of the meeting. Chapter VI dues collection
Article 22 According to the articles of association, members must pay annual dues. Dues standards are:
1, membership dues in accordance with the relevant provisions of the association registration authority;
2, vice president of the unit dues of not less than 5,000 yuan per year;
3, deputy secretary-general of the unit dues of not less than 3,000 yuan per year;
4, executive director: the unit dues of not less than 2,000 yuan per year; individual executive member of the unit dues of not less than 300 yuan per year;
5, members: unit dues of not less than 1,500 yuan per year; individual council fee of not less than 200 yuan per year;
6, members: group membership dues of not less than 1,000 yuan per year, individual membership dues of not less than 100 yuan per year;
such as the need for plaques need to pay the plaque production fee of 300 yuan.
Article 23 of the new members, unit members shall pay a plaque fee; individual members shall pay a four-year dues and membership card fee.
Article 24 Members shall pay dues on an annual basis, either once a year or for several years. Members shall pay the next year's dues by December 30th of each year. According to the payment of members, the association office in March, June, September, December each year, four times to the group members directly issued a "notice of payment of dues", and at the same time in the "Yunnan Culinary Information" and Yunnan Culinary online for individual members to publish "Notice of Payment of Membership", the members should be seen as soon as possible after the notice of the payment of dues.
Article 25 For members who can not pay their dues on time, need to write a written explanation of the reasons reported to the Association. When paying the dues in the second year, the member shall pay the previous year's dues retroactively. If you do not explain the reasons and do not pay the dues on time, it is regarded as automatic withdrawal.
Article 26 of the Association's dues, adhere to the principle of the members, used in the Association's cause, in accordance with the "Regulations for the Registration and Management of Social Organizations," Article 29, must be used in line with the purpose of the Association's business activities, shall not be diverted to other purposes, and annually to the Board of Directors to announce the dues income and expenditure.
Chapter VII Donations
Article 27 encourages member organizations to make donations or financial assistance to the Association.
1, a one-time donation of more than 30,000 yuan to the Association's units can enjoy the Association's right not to charge dues for five years; a one-time donation of more than 10,000 yuan to the Association's individuals can enjoy the Association's life membership.
2, the donation of a large amount of people, honorary posts or the Association's large-scale activities awarded the right to the title.
Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 28 Since May 2011, these measures shall be implemented.
Article 29 These measures shall be interpreted by the Yunnan Provincial Cuisine Association.
