People's governments at or above the county level, language departments and other relevant departments shall commend or reward units and individuals that have made remarkable achievements in the use and management of the national common language. Article 6 State organs use Putonghua and standardize Chinese characters.
State functionaries should use Putonghua in their official activities such as work, meeting and speaking to the public.
Nameplates, signs, signs, electronic screens, official documents, seals and slogans of state organs must use standardized Chinese characters. Seventh schools, kindergartens and other educational institutions should use Putonghua and standardized Chinese characters as the basic teaching language.

The administrative department of education shall take the standardized use of Chinese characters as an important part of the supervision, evaluation and examination of the running level of schools and other educational institutions. Eleventh commercial, postal, telecommunications, railway, transportation, civil aviation, tourism, culture, catering, entertainment, banking, insurance, medical and health services and other industries should use Putonghua as the basic service language.

Inscriptions, inscriptions and handwritten signs in public places advocate the use of standardized Chinese characters.
The enterprise name plaque shall not use foreign characters alone. Thirteenth advertising language should conform to the norms and standards of the national common language, and traditional Chinese characters, obsolete variant characters and simplified characters shall not be used; The use of idioms and words should not abuse homophonic words; Foreign languages and Chinese characters shall not be used alone.
