The operating price difference rate of the above commodity prices shall be adjusted by the municipal price department when necessary, except for the provincial price difference rate. Article 8 In accordance with the principle of "grading, high quality and excellent price", the price of catering industry shall be subject to different gross profit margins and markup rates at different levels (see Annex II for details).
The catering industry is divided into five grades, namely, special, A, B, C and ordinary. The Municipal Price Committee shall, jointly with relevant competent departments and industry associations, form a catering industry rating team, which is responsible for the formulation of rating standards and the evaluation of restaurants under the special, A and B commercial bureaus. Counties and districts should also set up corresponding institutions to be responsible for the B-class and B-class evaluation of restaurants under their jurisdiction, and report to the municipal evaluation team for the record.
Operators must declare their grades according to the regulations and display their business after approval. And determine commodity prices and charging standards within the scope of price control corresponding to the approved level. Anything beyond the prescribed price control range is profiteering.
The management level shall be subject to the annual inspection system, and those who fail to pass the annual inspection or have major price violations shall be downgraded. Those who fail to go through the formalities of examination and approval grade according to the regulations shall be dealt with according to the lowest grade, and offenders shall be investigated and punished according to price violations.
