How to check the food license

The food business license is subject to the regulation of one place and one license. Where to handle it, you should go to the relevant departments to inquire, that is to say, you should go to the local food and drug supervision and administration department at or above the county level. To apply for a food business license, the following materials shall be submitted to the local food and drug supervision and administration department at or above the county level where the applicant is located:

(2) a copy of the business license or other qualification certification documents;

(3) documents such as the layout of major equipment and facilities, operation procedures and so on, which are suitable for food business;

(4) other required documents and materials. The food hygiene license is handled at the local health bureau. Today's food business license, also known as the food production and operation hygiene license, is one of the categories of hygiene license, and it is the legal certificate issued by the national health authorities to food producers and operators to allow food production and operation. In China, according to the provisions of the Food Hygiene Law, food production and marketing enterprises and food vendors must obtain hygiene licenses before they can apply to the administrative department for industry and commerce for registration or change of registration.

Food producers and business operators who need to apply for a food hygiene license should first obtain an application for a Food Hygiene License from the License Examination Unit of the Health Supervision Office of the County Health Bureau, and bring the following materials together according to the requirements of the provided guide on one thing, one card:

1. A copy of the ID card of the legal representative or person in charge;

2. Notice of pre-approval of unit name (font size) by the industrial and commercial department;

3. valid certification materials such as real estate license (or building permit) or copy of rental agreement;

4. Qualification certificate of health and hygiene knowledge training for employees;

5. Layout plan of the business premises;

6. Health management organization and system.

Measures for the Administration of Food Business License

Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws and regulations in order to standardize food business license activities, strengthen food business supervision and management and ensure food safety.
