The following documents are needed to run a business license for a catering store:
1, Application for Registration of Establishment of Individual Commercial and Industrial Households signed by the applicant;
2, proof of identity of the applicant;
3, proof of the place of business;
4, other documents required to be submitted by national laws and regulations. Laws and administrative regulations require the approval of the relevant departments for approval of the business of the relevant approval documents.
Note: Individuals or families applying to engage in self-employment, should hold a certificate of domicile and other relevant proof of location, to the local administrative authorities for industry and commerce to apply for registration, to meet the conditions for permission to fill out the application form for registration within 30 days of acceptance of the registration, to make a decision on the review, approval of the registration of the issuance of a business license, not to be registered, notify the person in writing.

"Measures for Investigation and Handling of Unlicensed and Undocumented Businesses" stipulates:
Article 6 Operators who do not obtain a business license in accordance with the law to engage in business activities by the implementation of the responsibilities of the administration for industry and commerce (hereinafter referred to as the administration for industry and commerce) to be investigated and dealt with.
Article 11 The administration for industry and commerce departments of the people's governments at or above the county level may exercise the following powers and functions in investigating and dealing with suspected unlicensed business operations:
(1) ordering the cessation of the relevant business activities;
(2) investigating and understanding the relevant circumstances from the units and individuals concerned with the suspected unlicensed business operations;
(3) entering into the premises suspected of engaging in unlicensed business operations and carrying out an on-site inspection;
(4) conducting an on-site inspection; and On-site inspection;
(4) access to and copy of contracts, bills, account books and other relevant information relating to the suspected unlicensed operation.
