Gegeyou Jianshui Zhijia Garden

I went to Jianshui a few years ago, but I just passed by in a hurry, and I didn't have time to walk slowly. I have been deeply sorry in my heart. It is also a happy thing to take advantage of the gap time when the classroom is not working to spend a little time with my family.

Entering Zhujia Garden is due to its popularity. Zhujia Garden, located in the middle section of Jianxin Street in Jianshui Ancient City, was built by Zhu Weiqing, a squire in the late Qing Dynasty. Zhu Jiazu, a native of Mayang County, Hunan Province, came to Jianshui, Yunnan Province in the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty. In the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, his five rooms moved to Baijiaying village, and they have always been ordinary civilians. During the Tongzhi period of the Qing Dynasty, Zhu Guangfu (the eighth generation) moved his family to the old Mafang village in Jianshui, and began to buy land, build a tile house, open a mill and a wine shop. The population flourished and the family property gradually became rich. Because the tin mine industry in Gejiu, which was located in the southeast of Jianshui at that time, was booming, Zhu Guangfu boldly raised funds to set up a "Zhu Hengtai" firm to mine tin mines in Gejiu. Later, Zhu Guangfu bought several mine sites and built a smelter in Gejiu, becoming a comprehensive enterprise integrating the mining, selection and smelting of tin mines.

Zhu Guangfu failed to take part in the scientific research before his death, so he attached great importance to education and paid special attention to the study of his children and grandchildren. Thirty-two years after his death, his grandson, Zhu Chaochen, won a scholarship, and Zhu Chaoying became the core figure of the Zhujiajian family (there is a plaque in Zhujiajian Garden that says that both brothers of this generation have won fame). Since then, the Zhujiajian family business has become more prosperous, and by the time of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty, it had become a rich gentleman in southern Yunnan.

in the early years of Guangxu, the Zhu family bought more than 31 mu of land in the mud pond in Jianshui city, and asked skilled craftsmen to build the ancestral hall of the family house carefully. Zhujia Garden covers an overall area of more than 21,111 square meters, including a building area of more than 5,111 square meters. The main building is in a layout of "four vertical and three horizontal", which is a flexible combination of traditional houses with typical "three liu er halls, one large patio with four small patios" in Jianshui. * * * There are 42 patios and 214 houses. Buildings are all steep-ridged cornices, carved beams and painted buildings, and the spatial design is changeable, and the layers are like a maze, so it is called "Grand View Garden in South Yunnan".

The temperature in Jianshui today is very high (27 degrees). The sun outside is like fire and the sun is dazzling. Sit in the atrium of the garden yard and take a nap. The long wind blows slowly, with a faint scent of daffodils, and it feels cool and pleasant in an instant. Sitting in it, I unconsciously crossed myself to that era, only to see Qing Dai graceful and restrained, holding a reading book, enjoying flowers and the moon and the starry sky ...
