IV. Strict management of going out

Traffic control will continue to be strictly implemented between districts in low-risk areas. Except for vehicles with passes and special vehicles undertaking urban operation guarantee and emergency tasks, other vehicles will not be allowed to pass on the road for the time being. If it is really necessary to leave the low-risk area for school, medical treatment and other reasons, the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 24 hours, the green code of health code and the one-time certificate of village (community) shall be used; If it is necessary to move across districts due to medical treatment, the village (community) shall issue a one-time personnel and vehicle pass certificate, which will not be used as a certificate to enter other places, and immediately return to the place of residence after medical treatment.

When people in low-risk areas go out, they should provide negative proof of nucleic acid test for three consecutive times and within 48 hours, and the green code of health code to avoid crowded activities; I will not go out for the time being if I have missed the nucleic acid detection in the last three times.

5. Strictly manage the personnel in (returning to)

The personnel from outside (returning to) the city strictly implement the "report immediately after entering, check immediately after entering", check the health code, travel card and negative proof of 24-hour nucleic acid test, complete the "Sweet City Personal Active Reporting System" at the first arrival station, and implement the control measures in different categories. Before the personnel from the county (city, district) where the high school risk area is located arrive, they should contact the destination village (community) in advance or take the initiative to report on the spot at the first stop of arrival, and the destination village (community) will take it back in a "point-to-point" closed loop.

VI. Strictly control gathering activities

Reduce unnecessary mobility and going out, avoid getting together, visiting houses, gathering and organizing collective activities, suspend gathering, dam dancing, offline meetings, training, performances, exhibitions, square dances and other gathering activities, and avoid red events, banquets and simple things. When entering and leaving the management unit and public places, you must check your health code and travel code, take your temperature and wear a mask regularly, and check the negative certificate of 48-hour nucleic acid test. In principle, we will continue to work at home, and people in low-risk areas in the area can travel in the way of "two points and one line" according to their work place and residence, and the unit will strictly implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control.

VII. Strengthening the management of key places

Hospitals, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, barbershops, convenience stores and other places necessary for life will operate normally under the premise of arranging special personnel to effectively implement the prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, taking temperature, "sweeping and checking three times" (scanning the place code, checking the health code, checking the itinerary card and checking the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours) and closed-loop management of personnel, and the number of people entering will not exceed the maximum. The catering industry temporarily suspends eating in the restaurant, and can provide pick-up and delivery services at the store. Other places are temporarily closed.

VIII. Orderly Organizing Resumption of Work

Enterprises will resume production activities in an orderly manner in strict accordance with the requirements of "one enterprise, one policy" and on the premise of effectively implementing closed-loop management, nucleic acid detection and other prevention and control measures. Personnel entering the factory, business units, etc., strictly check the health code, travel card and negative proof of nucleic acid test within 24 hours.

IX. Strict implementation of nucleic acid testing

Residents in high school risk areas will participate in nucleic acid testing in an orderly manner in different periods according to the village (community) notice. Residents in low-risk areas should complete at least 1 nucleic acid tests every other day. Epidemic prevention front-line personnel, medical institutions, express delivery, transportation and logistics, freight drivers, catering and accommodation, life supermarkets and township farmers' market employees and other key groups, the implementation of "one inspection a day." Restore convenient nucleic acid sampling points in non-high school risk areas and provide free mixed inspection services.

X. Strictly standardize health management

People with fever, cough, runny nose and other symptoms should take personal protection and go to the nearest fever clinic immediately. Pharmacies sell "four kinds of drugs" such as fever-reducing, cough-relieving, antiviral and antibiotics, and are strictly registered in real names. Clinics are not allowed to treat patients with fever, and those who find abnormal symptoms such as fever take the initiative to guide them to the nearest fever clinic. All medical institutions strictly regulate the management of fever clinics. Code red and code yellow personnel immediately report to the village (community) and implement classified control measures as required.
