An accountant's license is not required to buy invoices.

The information you need to bring with you to purchase invoices for the first time are:

(1) 1 application form for tax administrative license;

(2) 2 application forms for invoice purchase;

(3) an impression of the special invoice seal or financial seal;

(4) a copy of the tax registration certificate and a copy of it;

(5) Proof of qualification to apply for the use of the national unified invoice (limited to highway and inland waterway cargo transportation industry unified invoice);

(6) the identity card of the operator and a copy;

(7) the applicant's original power of attorney a letter of authorization;

(8) a copy of the identity card of the person entrusted with a copy;

Note: the relevant information should be uniformly used A4 paper, and the relevant information should be submitted in a copy of the documents. Please bring the original documents with you when applying for a copy of the materials required to be submitted, and indicate that they are consistent with the original, signed by the person in charge of the application and stamped with the official seal.
