1. A catering service provider should have
1 to apply for a food business license. To apply for a food business license, it should meet the following conditions:
(1) It should have a place for processing food raw materials and processing, selling and storing food, keep the environment of the place clean and tidy, and keep a prescribed distance from toxic and harmful places and other pollution sources;
(2) It has operating equipment or facilities suitable for the variety and quantity of food it deals in, and corresponding equipment or facilities for disinfection, dressing, washing, lighting, ventilation, corrosion prevention, dust prevention, fly prevention, rodent prevention, insect prevention, washing, wastewater treatment and garbage and waste storage;
(3) having full-time or part-time food safety management personnel and rules and regulations to ensure food safety;
(4) It has a reasonable equipment layout and technological process to prevent cross-contamination between the food to be processed and the directly-eaten food, raw materials and finished products, and to prevent the food from contacting with toxic and unclean substances;
(5) Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
2. Legal basis: Article 11 of the Measures for the Administration of Food Business License
To apply for a food business license, the following conditions shall be met:
(1) Having a place for processing food raw materials and processing, selling and storing food that is suitable for the variety and quantity of food to be operated, keeping the environment of the place clean and tidy, and keeping a prescribed distance from toxic and harmful places and other pollution sources;
(2) having business equipment or facilities suitable for the variety and quantity of food to be handled, and having corresponding equipment or facilities for disinfection, dressing, washing, lighting, ventilation, corrosion prevention, dust prevention, fly prevention, rodent prevention, insect prevention, washing, wastewater treatment and garbage and waste storage;
(3) having full-time or part-time food safety management personnel and rules and regulations to ensure food safety;
(4) It has a reasonable equipment layout and technological process to prevent cross-contamination between food to be processed and directly imported food, raw materials and finished products, and to avoid food contact with toxic and unclean substances;
(5) Other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.
II. Process of handling food business license
1. The process of applying for on-site acceptance is as follows:
(1) The applicant proposes on-site acceptance;
(2) the industrial and commercial departments go to the site for verification;
(3) issue on-site inspection opinions according to the on-site inspection;
2. After passing the on-site inspection, you can apply for a food business license. The procedures are as follows:
(1) Submit materials;
(2) accepted by the industrial and commercial departments;
(3) examination and approval materials;
(4) issue food business licenses.
