How to write employee's personal work summary
1, format

The general format of the abstract is four parts: title, preface, text and ending. The title is the name of the abstract. Sometimes the main content and nature can be used as the title. If you can't express the complete meaning, you can draw up a subtitle under the main heading.

Such as: My Thought Summary-Learning from Lai Ning. Here are two titles.

Foreword Foreword is written in various ways, some of which outline the changes and main achievements; Some introduce the basic situation; Some summarize the purpose, methods and so on.

The theme is the core part of the summary. This part generally describes the process, practice, experience, experience and lessons of summing up the incident, and makes a theoretical summary to sum up the regular things. Summing up the pros and cons is the decisive part. Finally, either put forward the direction of future efforts, or point out the existing problems, or show your attitude.

2, the summary should be realistic.

When writing a work summary, you should say one thing and two things, and be honest and responsible. You can't perfunctory, you can't boast, you can't fabricate facts, you can't cheat.

3, the structure of the abstract

There are four common structural forms:

One is item by item: summarize the materials into main points, divide them into one, two and three articles in a certain order, and write them down one by one.

The second type is three-stage: that is, from the habit of knowing things, the order is arranged, and the summary content is generally described first, and the basic points are indicated; Then describe what happened, and at the same time cooperate with the discussion and make a preliminary analysis; Finally, some experiences, understandings and existing problems are summarized.

The third is the item-by-item method: that is, not according to the development order of events, but writing down the things done in several projects, that is, several categories, one by one, and writing down each type of questions in the order of introducing the basic situation first, then describing the events, and then summing up the experience and problems.

The fourth is rambling: if you introduce your learning experience to others, you can slowly describe your practice, understanding and experience with rambling.

Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. We should choose from our own reality or create other forms.

Personal summary can't be done overnight. Review your life more, write down what you think is successful, summarize and improve your writing level.
