Third, it stipulates the handling conditions, and those who apply for the first time, whose appearance or fingerprints are inconsistent with their own, and have bad credit records are not allowed to report the loss in different places. Fourth, the verification subject of personal identity information will not be changed, and the verification obligation will still be fulfilled by the public security organ where the household registration is located, and the public security organ in the permanent residence will only be entrusted to make and issue certificates, so as to ensure the correctness of personal information as much as possible.
