While providing convenient services in ID card processing, we have not neglected the elements of security: First, establish a reporting system for the loss of resident ID cards nationwide to ensure the safety of citizens' personal information in time. Second, the subject who restricts the acceptance and loss reporting in different places can only be himself, and he must go to handle it with a household registration book or residence permit, so as to prevent criminals from taking advantage of the family members' failure to cancel the household registration information in time after the natural death of citizens and defrauding the resident ID card. Third, it stipulates the handling conditions, and those who apply for the first time, whose appearance or fingerprints are inconsistent with their own, and have bad credit records are not allowed to report the loss in different places. Fourth, the verification subject of personal identity information will not be changed, and the verification obligation will still be fulfilled by the public security organ where the household registration is located, and the public security organ in the permanent residence will only be entrusted to make and issue certificates, so as to ensure the correctness of personal information as much as possible.
