Step 1: Turn off the power and discharge the charge.
① Although the power switch of the machine body was turned off before cleaning the purifier, there may still be electricity in the electric box, so before equipment maintenance, the main power switch outside the equipment must be turned off. Please do not work with electricity to ensure the safety of cleaning personnel.
(2) When we open the access door of the equipment, we should discharge the residual charge of the electric field first, and then draw out the electric field. The residual charge in the discharge field should be discharged with a screwdriver first. The specific operation is to hold the insulated handle of the screwdriver by hand, and short-circuit the positive and negative poles of one cylinder of the electric field with the metal part of the screwdriver.
(3) when cleaning the electric field, the user must strictly clean the oil in the cabinet on time to prevent fire hazards.
Step 2: Unscrew the bolt and pull out the electric field.
Confirm that the power supply has been disconnected, unscrew the bolt for fixing, open the maintenance door, and then pull both sides of the electric field by hand. When the electric field is about to be pulled out, hold the end by hand to prevent it from suddenly falling off and damaging the electric field.
Step 3: Disassemble the accessories for easy cleaning.
Because the wet water of the insulator is easy to cause leakage, it is necessary to remove the insulator, separate the cathode needle from the anode tube and further clean it.
Step 4: electric field cleaning, soaking and washing.
We can use stainless steel or plastic to clean the tank container, and the shape is larger than the electric field. To avoid soiling the floor when cleaning, please wrap the fume purifier and take out the packaging bag in the container. Soak and wash with the mixed solution of caustic soda and hot water with the weight ratio of 1:20. The soaking time varies according to the degree of oil pollution. Rinse with high-pressure water gun and clean water after soaking, and put it in a clean place to dry.
Step 5: Check and clean the insulator.
If the insulator is burnt out or cracked during inspection, it should be replaced; Oil stains on insulators and insulating porcelain must be cleaned and kept dry. The cleaning method is as follows: spray alcohol on the insulator first, and then dry it with a dry rag.
Step 6: Assembly Inspection and Correction
(1) After the electric field is dried, check whether there are any sundries among the bees, keep them fresh, prevent short circuit, and check whether there are concave parts outside the anode tube. If there is, slowly restore it with a round stick.
② Then assemble the clean cathode needle and anode tube, and carefully check the deviation between anode and cathode.
③ If there is any deviation, the specific operation method: gently place the electric field assembly in a flat place, and use the cathode deviation detector to detect the position of each cathode needle. If a part of the cathode needle can be seen in the middle hole, the position deviation of the needle is within the allowable range. Otherwise, use a cathode corrector to correct the cathode needle to the allowable range. Before returning the electric field to the equipment, make sure that the position of each cathode needle is not deviated. The air inlet has a uniform net, so if there is too much oil, it should be cleaned.
Step 7: Equipment debugging
When the electric field is energized, the equipment can work normally if the power indicator light is always on; When the power indicator flashes, it is necessary to take out the corresponding electric field with the sound of "hippo chef". The practical experience of Sunrise Environmental Protection Company shows that the cathode needle is offset, which leads to uneven discharge and produces the discharge sound of "hippo chef". Please carefully check and correct the cathode needle again.
