? -Kuanzhai Lane and Quanyechang
? Chengdu is a city with history, culture, charm and vitality. This "four haves" is manifested in its Jinsha Site Museum, Monument to Road Protection Movement, Wuhou Temple, Wangjianglou and Du Fu Caotang, the prosperity of the city and all walks of life, and also in Kuanzhai Lane and Quanyechang.
? "Kuanzhai Lane" and "Quanyechang" are two blocks with a long history and culture, each with its own characteristics.
"Kuanzhai Lane" is an ancient street in the Qing Dynasty, surrounded by mansions of dignitaries and houses of wealthy families. The building is mainly a deep house made of indigo brick, with heavy historical precipitation and strong cultural atmosphere. Now as a business card of Chengdu, its main function is sightseeing and leisure.
? "Quanyechang" is a commercial street, located at the north gate of Chunxi Road. Built in the late Qing Dynasty, there are many shops on both sides of the street, mostly brick and wood structures. "Quanyechang" is the earliest modern commercial street in Chengdu and even Sichuan. Nowadays, its function as a commercial street has long been replaced by many more prosperous commercial streets such as Chunxi Road and Taikooli, but the catering industry is still prosperous. Those antique shops, gables and decorative patterns on street paving stones are still telling people about their past glory.
