4. Strengthen the food safety training and management of food delivery personnel, and the retention period of training records shall not be less than two years;
5. Use non-toxic and clean food containers, tableware and packaging materials to package catering food, avoid direct contact with food by food delivery personnel, and ensure that food is not contaminated during food delivery;
6. Where food with special requirements such as preservation, heat preservation, refrigeration or freezing is distributed, preservation and distribution measures that can ensure food safety shall be taken.
Delivery personnel:
1. Personal hygiene should be maintained, safe and harmless distribution containers should be used, and the containers should be kept clean and cleaned and disinfected regularly;
2. Check the distribution of food to ensure that the food distribution process is not polluted.
In addition, for third-party platforms that provide online catering services, the Measures require third-party platforms to review and register information such as food business licenses, business names, addresses, legal representatives or responsible persons, and contact information to ensure that relevant information is true; Sign a food safety agreement with the merchants, clarify the responsibility for food safety, and conduct spot checks and monitoring on the business behavior of the merchants; If illegal acts are found in the operation, they shall be stopped in time and reported to the food and drug supervision and administration department at the county level where the operation is located; If serious violations are found, stop providing services immediately; Publicity examination, registration, supervision, reporting, complaints and other related management systems.
