During installation, adjust the oil-water separator (grease trap) to a horizontal position. Before the first use, the equipment should be filled with tap water, and the water level regulating pipe should be adjusted so that the top of the water level regulating pipe is at the same level as the upper edge of the oil spill tank, and the position of the water inlet pipe should keep a certain distance from the debris separation box to facilitate the removal of the debris separation box. Introduce oily wastewater, and adjust the water level regulating pipe again until the oil drainage pipe only discharges oil without drainage. If the position of the oil drain pipe is too low, you can open the cover plate of the equipment and take out the oil with tools. When draining oil, first open the oil valve to drain some water at the bottom, and then collect waste oil. Please don't touch the regulating pipe after it is adjusted, otherwise it will affect the quality of the effluent.

Modification method and matters needing attention of oil separation tank

The simplest grease trap is made of cement, and the size of the pool needs to be determined. But in reality, people will find that the simple method of density natural separation is not effective. After a little longer, the oil will ferment and harden, and there will be a bad smell. Therefore, the solution is to use aeration or oil-absorbing materials. The oil separation tank designed by aeration method is suitable for large shopping malls, hotels and other places, and the small oil separation tank can adopt new oil absorption materials, which can also achieve high-efficiency oil removal effect and avoid.
