Is there any law, regulation, standard or basis for the design of grease trap?
1. Oily sewage from canteens and restaurants can only be discharged into sewage pipes after passing through the degreasing device.

2, sewage flow should be calculated according to the design second flow.

3. The flow rate of sewage containing edible oil in the pool shall not be greater than 0.005 m/s. ..

4. The residence time of sewage containing edible oil in the pool water is 2 ~ 65438 00 minutes.

5. The volume of oil in the artificial degreasing grease trap should not be less than 25% of the effective volume of the pool.

6. The grease trap shall be equipped with a movable cover plate. The possibility of cleaning the inlet pipeline should be considered.

Oil separation tank structure

1. The structure of the grease trap mostly adopts advection. Oily wastewater enters a rectangular grease trap through the water distribution tank and flows slowly along the horizontal direction. During the flowing process, the oil floats to the water surface, is pushed into the oil collector by the oil collector or oil scraper arranged on the pool surface, and flows into the dehydration tank.

2. Impurities such as heavy oil precipitated in the grease trap accumulate in the sludge bucket at the bottom of the pool and enter the sludge pipe through the sludge discharge pipe. After oil separation, the wastewater overflows to the drainage tank for subsequent treatment to remove emulsified oil and other pollutants.

Extended data

1, handling principle

(1) The basic principle of wastewater treatment in oil separation tank is the same as that in sedimentation tank, and the purpose of separation is achieved by using different ratios of suspended solids to water in wastewater.

(2) The structure of grease trap mostly adopts advection. Oily wastewater enters the oil separation tank with rectangular plane through the water distribution tank and flows slowly along the horizontal direction. During the flowing process, the oil product floats to the water surface, is pushed into the oil collector by the oil collector or oil scraper arranged on the pool surface, and flows into the dehydration tank. Heavy oil and other impurities precipitated in the oil separation tank gather in the sludge hopper at the bottom of the tank and enter the sludge pipe through the sludge discharge pipe.

(3) The grease trap is made of reinforced concrete or masonry structure, which is divided into 2 ~ 4 units along the direction of water flow, and the width of each unit is generally less than 6m, so as to evenly distribute water. The effective water depth is less than 2 meters, and the length of the oil separation tank is generally more than 4 times the width of each tank. Oil slick and sludge at the bottom of the oil separation tank are scraped off by chain scraper and sludge scraper respectively.

(4) Generally, each grid is equipped with a set of oil scraper and mud scraper and a mud bucket. If a baffle is added in the middle of each compartment, oil scraper and mud scraper are installed on both sides of the baffle, and mud hopper is installed, which is called two-stage oil separation tank, the oil removal efficiency can be improved, but the equipment and energy consumption increase. If several inclined plates are added to the oil separation tank, the oil removal efficiency can also be improved, but the construction investment is high.

(5) In cold regions, in order to prevent the oil from solidifying in winter, a steam pipe can be set at the bottom of the oil collecting pipe for heating. Generally, the grease trap should be covered with a steam pipe under the cover plate, which can keep warm, prevent the grease trap from catching fire and oil products from volatilizing, and prevent dust and sand from entering.

2. Installation instructions

(1) grease trap products need to be directly installed on the channel containing sewage and oil. Aim the sewage outlet at the entrance of the oil-water separator with grating and connect it with other equipment through pipelines. During installation, the oil-water separator (grease trap) must be adjusted to a horizontal position.

(2) Before the first use, the equipment should be filled with tap water, and the water level regulating pipe should be adjusted so that the top of the water level regulating pipe is at the same level as the upper edge of the oil spill tank, and the position of the water inlet pipe should keep a certain distance from the debris separation box, so as to facilitate the removal of the debris separation box.

(3) Introduce oily wastewater, and adjust the water level regulating pipe again until the oil drain pipe only discharges oil without draining.

(4) If the position of the oil drain pipe is too low, open the equipment cover plate and take out the oil with tools.
