The school is located at No.114 Renmin North Road, Yancheng City, sponsored by Yancheng Municipal People's Government and headed by Yancheng Education Bureau. The school became a (national standard) provincial key vocational high school in August, 1995, and was designated as a "national key secondary vocational school (vocational high school)" by the Ministry of Education in 2111.
