Chuwan Intangible Town, Zaoyang City, Xiangyang City, was built in Chuwan Town during the Shunzhi period of Qing Dynasty, and was named after the surname of Chuwan. On March 20 19, National Cultural Heritage Administration officially listed "Wanli Tea Ceremony" on the list of world cultural heritage protection in China.

Wuzu Town, Huangmei County, Huanggang City is a new tourist town in eastern Hubei. More than ten kinds of intangible culture, such as Huangmei Minor, Huangmei Lantern Festival, Tai Ji Chuan, couplet custom, Huangmei Opera, Huang Meihua Picking, the legend of Zen founder, Yuejia Boxing, tea-picking opera and Wen Quxi, are widely circulated here. In recent years, Wuzu Town has done its best to protect intangible culture, and actively mobilized and guided the masses to perceive the charm of intangible cultural heritage through intangible culture entering the campus, scenic spots and village groups, arousing cultural self-confidence and awareness of inheritance and protection.

Five items are listed in the national intangible cultural heritage representative list: mowing gongs and drums (Badong), Enshi Flower Drum Opera, high-pitched folk songs, Enshi Nuo mask making technology, and wood tire lacquer painting technology.

Relying on the experimental area of cultural and ecological protection of Tujia and Miao nationalities in Wuling Mountain area (southwest Hubei), we constantly explore new ways of cultural and tourist integration, and combine local intangible cultural heritage resources to set up a performance team composed of farmers, representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage projects and folk artists to show and promote the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation for local citizens, foreign tourists and foreign guests from all over the world. Under the guidance of the national and municipal cultural departments, activities such as community, campus, scenic spots, township performances, research experience and folk music training will be carried out regularly.

There are 26 intangible cultural heritage projects in Haokou Town, Qianjiang City, including 1 1 person, and 32 key folk artists1person. Inheriting the maternal nature of intangible cultural heritage protection, we have successively established inheritance and learning bases for several key intangible cultural heritage projects, such as Qianjiang folk songs, Gao Tai lion dance and Jianghan shadow play. It is the first "non-genetic inheritance base" awarded by the municipal intangible cultural heritage protection center in the city. 20 19 was awarded "China Folk Culture and Art Hometown 20 18-2020" by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

In recent years, Haokou Town has successively organized four exhibitions on the inheritance and protection of Qianjiang folk songs, five New Year's Eve Galas of intangible culture, and the second promotion activities of traditional sports and traditional martial arts in Tai Ji Chuan. Every year, activities such as dragon and lion dance exhibition, "making Lantern Festival by non-genetic inheritors" and "knowledge encyclopedia" have been held, and unique regional characteristics such as Haokou New Year's goods, concave cakes and eel fried rice have been successfully declared.
