Through the intuitive enterprise sand table, simulating the actual operation of the enterprise, the content involves the overall strategy of the enterprise, product research and development, production, marketing, sales, financial management, teamwork and other aspects of the game-like competition to experience the complete process of business operations, and to understand the correct business ideas and management concepts. In just two days of the game, we will encounter a variety of typical problems that often occur in business operations, we must work together to identify opportunities, analyze problems, and make decisions in order to maintain the success of the company and continuous growth. I suddenly felt that in fact, I still like to lead and direct others ...... despite not working as a student for several years. I still get a kick out of pointing out mistakes in the finance section on the fly in the middle of a sleepy day.

In teamwork, it's important to be clear about your responsibilities. Others can help, but they should not overstep their authority. This is because one knows best the specifics of the job one is responsible for. I was actually more upset when they were enthusiastically involved in the marketing part of the job.
